The holy Quran book or any holy books should be optional Before checking inn… The people is using it as a note and this is disrespectful all religion. I asked the management but they told me it part of their policy and they should calculate this in advance.

The swimming pool was under maintenance for the whole stay and I didn’t receive any email about it. I was upset as I made the reservation especially for the beautiful swimming pool I saw on their website. When I was told so at the reception desk on my arrival, I told them I was upset but they didn’t do anything to try and make my stay happier. The hotel is beautiful and the staff (especially housekeeping Manis) is amazing.

Very polite staff, settle all the requests fast, except the valet personnel, they were a little slow. I enjoyed the design of the room. While travelling with kids or other people tho pay attention, because they have rooms with see-through walls in the bathroom and the toilet doesn’t lock. I really enjoyed how clean the room was, the view was nice and there’s a lot of light.

The safe in my room was faulty. No shower cabin in the room

Everything in the interor and exterior is very convenient and thought out! Panoramic windows looking at the open air gym on the 9th floor of the opposite tower (the same direction as the Gardens cafe terrace). Very spectacular view, along with a vast never-ending roundabbout view hypnotizing with its constant movement.

- For the rooms above the Gardens cafe it will be noisy in the evenings but with a mudical or football fans vibe which lonely humans might like :) up to 12:00 or 1:00 am usually. - The bed was softer and shorter than usual I guess, I am only 62kg, 167cm, but sometimes ended up with my feet hanging:)) - Was not able to use only dimmed diode lighting in the bathroom. - Breakfast is tasty, but not much choice.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made everything easier. The location is right next to the highway, which made it easy for the taxi to get on and off quickly. Great for a short stay or if you're traveling through.

The tap in the bathroom was loose, which they had to fix before the next guest arrived. Not a big issue, but it should have been checked earlier. Also, I found it strange that I had put an empty bottle and some paper in the trash, but when I returned to the room, the cleaner had taken them out and placed them on the carpet. I’m not sure why that happened.

The property’s location is amazing - perfect for access to the Palm and the Marina! It’s super clean, and the rooms are well sized. There is also a really good sports bar area which serves good food and cocktails. Staff were super friendly and the service was incredible.

We visited in Feb 2025 and unfortunately the pool and sunbed area is in the shade all day because the building is so tall and blocks the sun. We didn’t know this about the hotel and likely wouldn’t have picked this hotel had we known. However if you are only using the hotel as a base then it’s perfect!

Nice, clean hotel with good value for money, very close (10 mins walk) to the Marina. Good breakfast. Interesting and modern room with bathroom glass walls.

There was a party in the hotel on Friday evening and the music was very loud until 2:00 am. It was at the 8th or 9th floor and our room was at the 17th floor but we could still hear it. The building management should do something about it... they could add noise insulation to that area and maybe ask them to turn the volume down a bit. We would have loved to party with them but we had a reservation to Burj in the next morning. I noticed a lot of reviews with similar complains so the management must take action: noise insulation is not a SF thing especially for Dubai.

Media One Hotel is a top-notch hotel that is clean, well-maintained, and provides a host of facilities to make your stay enjoyable. I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the range of amenities it had to offer. The hotel has several restaurants, bars, and a club, making it a perfect choice for those looking for a vibrant nightlife scene. The food served at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff was always courteous and attentive. The hotel also has a gym, swimming pool, providing guests with ample opportunities to stay active and unwind. One of the standout features of Media One Hotel was its exceptional staff. The front desk staff, led by Shahulh, was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any requests or queries. His warm welcome and kind words about his service made me feel at home and confident that I was in good hands. Tina, from Travel Saga, was another staff member who made my stay at the hotel pleasant. She helped me book some great tours and was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. she was super knowledgeable about the list of activities one can do in Dubai. she handpicked few for me and always followed up to make sure I get most out of them. Her personable nature and helpful attitude were a true testament to her and the hotel's dedication to customer service.

Great hotel — perfect for our business meetup in Dubai 💼. Friendly staff, and a special thanks to Emily at the reception — super helpful and kind! 🙌 Rooms aren’t huge but very comfortable: everything you need, including a coffee machine ☕. Excellent soundproofing — we slept great. Big plus: they kindly offered us a late check-out as a complimentary gesture. Fast elevators, air-conditioned gym, and a pool area with a bar, shisha, and shaded lounge spots in the afternoon — really nice to escape the heat 🌴☀️. There are several restaurants in the hotel. We especially liked Garden 8 — spacious, lively, with lots of screens showing sports, a wide beer selection 🍻, and tasty food. Ground floor restaurants are great too. Breakfasts are solid — everything you need, served in a relaxed setting 🍳🥐. Dubai Marina is just a 5–10 minute walk 🚶, and you can reach the beach (any beach club) in about 15 minutes on foot or quickly by taxi. Another big plus — WhatsApp support responds instantly 💬⚡

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel many times, and every visit truly feels like coming home. What makes this place so special is the incredible people — a team that always goes above and beyond to make every stay memorable.
