The hotel is nice and room is clean. Many restaurants to dine in….

The breakfast, need to wait until there is an available table and the receptionist who’s taking the room number is very arrogant specially when asking about the table…..don’t show your attitude to your guest because they are not staying there for free. Show some respect when they are asking for something!

Great food choices. Amazing suites. Wonderful staff.

We were there to use The Dome pool. But a billionaire booked it for a private party for a whole month. Terrible. Hotel should have explained this before we even arrived so we could choose alternative hotel. Outdoor pool was also closed due to weather. Sad.

Everything in the property was excellent. Staff, food and everything.

The staffs of the BDO bank inside the hotel was not very helpful when our Visa card was captured outside the Pearl Wing lobby BDO ATM Machine. Told us to wait and wait till we already catch our flight on Sunday without getting the card. It is not the customers fault and also not the staff fault but they failed to bring back the card even we told them our flight is coming soon. Bad service.

Quite luxurious

Check in process is not efficient- unlike other 5 stars hotel. No welcome drink! And imagine, guests had to stand to queue- no couches around the check in counter! I booked 4 rooms for my business partners from overseas and they are not impressed with the process.

Room is beautifully decorated and staff had a banner and cake ready on our arrival to celebrate our anniversary. Spa was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. Medley buffet is really good for breakfast a d dinner.

My room had food crumbs under the table on arrival and they were still there when we left which makes me question how clean was the room. Property is a bit gaudy and lacks class, it’s 5 stars but it’s not a luxury property, lacks sophistication. We asked if we could check out at 1 instead of 12 and I received a pre scripted answer, its ok to say no and they are under no obligation to accommodate the request but they lied to me and gave a nonsense chatter about why they couldn’t help.

We booked the Grand Deluxe King Room and definitely worth it! The room was very spacious at 75sqm and also a smart room which you can control everything via iPad. The layout of the room is open with a big living area, an office desk with mini bar, the bedroom and the bathroom. It has two separate Japanese toilets (in the powder room and bathroom), a bathtub with beautiful view of Manila Bay, double vanity and luxurious toiletries. The property is immense with multiple shops, a big casino (great poker tournaments) and various restaurants for every budget. The fountain show was remarkable. If you stay here, you don’t have to leave the property to have a great holiday! Special thanks to Lois for accommodating our room request. We would also like to mention The Retreat Spa. It was truly an oasis for relaxation. It helped us unwind and detoxify before our flight. Truly one of a kind experience! We highly recommend this amenity. The breakfast buffet is really sumptuous with lots of choices and every cuisine is available.

Even though, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, I find the coffee rather disappointing—it was served cold and bland. I even had to go to Starbucks to get my fix. Other than this, everything was perfect! Definitely coming back again!!!

Room rates are pricey. I was lucky to get good pricing by planning and booking way in advance. However we enjoyed our stay. Excellent respectful, personable, helpful staff in every area. Beautiful clean hotel and casino. Returning back to Manila 10 days after checkout but had to book at Hilton since Okada"s rates are super expensive for my next 6 days stay even with planning ahead. Still 10 stars for this visit.

One suggestion. Light up the room number panel in the elevators. Too dark and can't see what button to push. Other guests with us in the elevator said the same thing.

The Place is special, the people that works there make you feel your special, from the gym personnel, the pool personnel, from the elevator personnel, concierge , reception and the guards, they always greet you with smiles , always accommodating to all requests. surely im gonna miss this place , not because of its elegant hallways , Lavish interior designs, grandeur facilities, but the experience itself. Well done and keep it that way.

I'm just nitpicking here but the aircon lowest setting is still a bit strong for my liking , turning it off would suffice air circulation, other than, that i still slept comfortably.

The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful — the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with elegant touches that made it feel luxurious. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within the property, so finding food or things to do was never a problem. The casino is also easily accessible and adds to the entertainment. Staff were consistently polite and welcoming. Almost every staff member we passed greeted us with a smile, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The fountain show at night was a great surprise, it’s visually impressive and adds a special touch to the evenings.

When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, and unfortunately, there was no designated lounge or waiting area for guests (Coral Wing). For a luxury hotel, this was disappointing. The check-in area had a cigarette smell, likely due to its proximity to the casino. For non-smokers, this was unpleasant and should be addressed with better air control or ventilation especially inside the casino. A staff member gave us incorrect directions to the indoor pool, which led to a long and unnecessary walk. I booked a room for three adults, but when we went to Cove Manila, only two guests were given complimentary access. This wasn’t clearly mentioned at booking.
