The hotel is nice and room is clean. Many restaurants to dine in….

The breakfast, need to wait until there is an available table and the receptionist who’s taking the room number is very arrogant specially when asking about the table…..don’t show your attitude to your guest because they are not staying there for free. Show some respect when they are asking for something!

The accommodations are truly exceptional, featuring spacious rooms with elegant furnishings. The room is equipped with smart technology, controlled via an iPad. The bathrooms are also spacious and feature smart electronic features, offering a view of the sea. The television offers a wide array of options, including numerous channels, particularly for children, as well as entertainment applications such as YouTube. Complimentary amenities include four large bottles of water daily. The service and reception staff are exceptionally welcoming, and security measures are robust. The resort boasts a stunning sea view, and the sea view rooms are highly recommended. There is a shopping mall on-site. A large fountain performs daily from 6 PM to 10 PM, with shows every 30 minutes, each lasting approximately five minutes and accompanied by music. The resort offers a variety of dining options, including international restaurants, some of which are more expensive, while others offer good value. There are also several excellent bakeries and a 7-Eleven market available. Additional amenities include a large parking area, a garden, and a pool, gym, and spa located on the third floor. Poolside services include food and towel service. Room service and in-room dining are conveniently managed through the iPad. The pricing for in-room dining varies. Overall, there are plenty of dining options available, and one need not leave the hotel to find something to eat, although outside food deliveries are not permitted.

Perhaps expanding the gymnasium would be a beneficial endeavor.

We were there to use The Dome pool. But a billionaire booked it for a private party for a whole month. Terrible. Hotel should have explained this before we even arrived so we could choose alternative hotel. Outdoor pool was also closed due to weather. Sad.

Everything in the property was excellent. Staff, food and everything.

The staffs of the BDO bank inside the hotel was not very helpful when our Visa card was captured outside the Pearl Wing lobby BDO ATM Machine. Told us to wait and wait till we already catch our flight on Sunday without getting the card. It is not the customers fault and also not the staff fault but they failed to bring back the card even we told them our flight is coming soon. Bad service.

Quite luxurious

Check in process is not efficient- unlike other 5 stars hotel. No welcome drink! And imagine, guests had to stand to queue- no couches around the check in counter! I booked 4 rooms for my business partners from overseas and they are not impressed with the process.

Room is beautifully decorated and staff had a banner and cake ready on our arrival to celebrate our anniversary. Spa was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. Medley buffet is really good for breakfast a d dinner.

My room had food crumbs under the table on arrival and they were still there when we left which makes me question how clean was the room. Property is a bit gaudy and lacks class, it’s 5 stars but it’s not a luxury property, lacks sophistication. We asked if we could check out at 1 instead of 12 and I received a pre scripted answer, its ok to say no and they are under no obligation to accommodate the request but they lied to me and gave a nonsense chatter about why they couldn’t help.

Okada Manila – the best hotel in our Philippine trip We visited as a family of four from the UK and our room was great. The bathroom was really lavish, facing the seaview — which felt a bit odd for me at first, but overall the room was very decent. This is definitely a five-star hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. You also feel very secure here. There are so many security guards and even police around, which adds to the peace of mind. The architecture is absolutely jaw-dropping. I’ve never seen anything like it — really impressive. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, especially since they have both indoor and outdoor options. It was one of their favourite parts of the stay. Free parking is also a bonus. I even joked that you could leave your car here, fly to Boracay, then come back after a few days. 🙂🤣 Overall, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to the Philippines. Super highly recommended!

Room was good, amazing facility, it is a huge hotel, breakfast was good but needs some improvement for western style. there are some good restaurants such as Fridays and others to save time not to go out. it has a nice fountain started @ 18:30 every half an hour till 22:30 pm. My room was far from the elevator at the end of the corridor

Place is very far from the center. There are some devices in the uper drawer of the storage area that made me scared and did not feel comfortable about them. Hotel has high security when entering the lobby always stopping me to able camera captured my photo this should be improved to better way.

the staff were amazing; the weather was very bad during our stay and the fact we did not need to leave the complex was a winner for us. Really everything was as we anticipated, and the upgrade was so appreciated. It was a special trip for us both and to experience this suite set the tone for how we were going to feel for the whole stay. the 6pm check out made the midnight flight not so much of an issue and i arrived home still refreshed and remembering the holiday not how uncomfortable the flight was :) well done!!

laundry was OTT expensive. the room service menu is limited. the pics on the menu show smaller meal so we order 2 and can only eat one because it is actually large. wasted food. I found the mattress sagged for me and was uncomfortable (i am 194 cm and 115 kg) Was not able to use the dome pool due to event. No bubble bath in a suite with a big bath. I have only listed these things because you asked. we had a great stay
