Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast lovely and a good selection. We had dinner at the restaurant three times in our 8 day stay. Simple food but very well cooked with great service.

The Gym couldve been a little bigger. The pool was only open at certain times which wasnt made clear and once I attempted to enter the pool and was told it wasnt open meaning I had to get out. Not ideal. These are just small gripes though.

5mins drive from airport, very convenient, and checkout time at midday allowed us to relax before flight. Buffet breakfast was fairly high quality with a number of different cooked and un-cooked elements, including smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, good quality breads. Appears to be newly-built- furnishings and decor in the communal areas and room were to a high standard. Convenient plug sockets in the room including USB. Swimming pool available (didn't use). Large parking garage. Staff at reception were very nice. Set up baby cot for us quickly at short notice.

The surroundings is a bit of a construction site at the moment. There isn't a nice view from the windows. The room was hot and air conditioning control quite difficult to use.

We have stayed in many Holiday Inn hotels but never one as nice. The hotel is new, however, the attention to detail, great staff and our spotless, extremely comfortable room was above and beyond. The room was well sized for a European hotel, and the AC worked great, beds were more like a much higher end hotel, and the room was extremely quiet. Loved that there was no harsh perfumes in the hotel as many French hotels have "signature" scents. Ordered room service and the food was very good. Staff spoke English, and the hotel was close to the airport which was great for our departure date.

The hotel is not located to explore, but is perfect for a quiet night or two before departure (or when first arriving). Would have been nice to have a free airport shuttle (like another nearby hotel that we don't favor), but the staff did pre-order us a taxi which was prompt, spotless and with a great driver.

Don't let the drive to this new Holiday Inn discourage you. It's a little out of the way but still only 10 minutes tops to the Bordeaux airport. The premises were very welcoming as soon as you enter. The room was spacious and comfortable lots of outlets to charge devices; perfectly quiet; brand new wonderful bath. The biggest and nicest surprise was the restaurant. We were kind of dreading the dinner because these types of hotels in France usually don't have decent restaurants. But this one was quite nice. Reasonable menu; well prepared meal and attentive service.

Location was very good but you need transport to the terminals at the airport. I had a car so didn't enquire about shuttle bus or taxi. The breakfast was excellent and the time of availability was good. The restaurant was closed when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to eat out.... this may cause inconvenience to some guests. A fabulous car park belonging to the hotel was adjacent. It is a multi storey type and I noted that there was two charging points for those with electric vehicles. The hotel is new and the public spaces are very clean and pristine. So was our room which was also spacious with modern facilities.

Restaurant closed on arrival on a Saturday evening. The fact that the hotel isn't 'on airport'.

Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice, the rooms were very spacey, and the hotel seemed brand new to us. We once dinned at the restaurant and the food was excellent for a correct price. We had dinner on the teras. The location of the hotel was easy to reach and visit the area. A separate building for parking with 6 levels above ground and spacey parking spaces. I stayed 7 days.

There were charging stations for electric cars, but the one of 150KWH had a connector type not fit for my car. The one which would work for 11/22KWH you had to install an app and register a bank card, but did not have my bank card reader with me, so could not register and use. Luckily I have a hybrid car. The length of the bed was a bit too short for me (2 meters long where I'm used to sleep in 2.10 or 2.20). During weekend the restaurant is not open at evening, the alternative 24/7 service is food which is heated up. The selection was not my type of food.

Immaculately clean, very large room with comfortable bed. Lovely restaurant & bar - nice, relaxed modern hotel …. We normally stay at the Mercure- airport hotel but this hotel is just as good but better priced.

Hotel was difficult to find in the dark as no obvious turn off main road & poorly signed. Although lots of parking in multi-storey next to hotel in the dark, early hours in the morning the light comes on after a minute of leaving the hotel so you’re walking in total darkness with cases. As a woman alone I would not stay here as felt vulnerable in car park on my own,

Everything was new and state of the art. Very comfortable bed with excellent air conditioning.

Very difficult to find as it did not come up on the self drive car nav system or on our Apple system. The quoted address did not register. I got an address from a young local for the road Chemin de Phare . The sign for the hotel was very small but the local was correct and I did find the hotel. We first went to the old Holiday Inn which is registered and they kindly gave us the quoted address which failed. This problem should be rectified immediately.

The breakfast was very good. Bacon, sausages, eggs, potatoes, croissants, coffee, cheeses, baguettes, juices. Crepes, fruit etc. All the things anyone would want. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Balconies are very good.

The location is a bit out of the way. Local bus service to the airport is excellent, frequent, fast and cheap (1.70 €). 5 minutes to the airport and then you connect to the LRT for one fare. Takes you downtown. No airport shuttle. Don’t let this bother you. It didn’t bother me. On public holidays (VE day) bus service is reduced. Taxi to airport is 16.60€. I didn’t find CNN International on TV.

The property had a wow factor because it’s so modern and new. The room felt luxurious and the beds were very comfortable - we even had a balcony in the room. It was exceptionally clean and the shower was amazing. It was really quiet at night so we had a good night’s sleep. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. The pool area was perfect after a long day’s drive. It was very easy to get to from the motorway. It wasn’t close to any shops/restaurants so you can either drive out to find somewhere to eat or eat in the hotel restaurant.

The evening meal in the restaurant was nice but expensive. We expected a better quality for the price.
