Loved the location and ease of free parking!

Management didn’t seem to value some of their more experienced staff members(some of which I have known for many years during several visits)

We’ve been staying at this hotel several times now, and it never disappoints! Location is great, away from the chaos of the city centre but super easy to get to it. For those who don’t have a car there’s absolutely no issue on how to move around. There’s a bus stop few steps away from the hotel, bus 25 takes you straight to the city centre where the train station is, in 17 minutes. Airport distance is just 10 minutes by car. Breakfast is good, wide range of food options, both savoury and sweet. Non-hotel guests are also welcomed to the restaurant and the bar , my partner and I have indeed enjoyed some drinks with my family, who came to visit us for a couple of hours. Our room was really nice, our favourite thing was the mattress, extremely comfortable. It’s nice to get a legit double bed with a proper double mattress. We travel a lot and most of the times the double room comes with 2 joined single beds, which is not ideal. Staff is friendly, professional and polite. A mix of younger people and adults , with different culture backgrounds. Love to see it!

The only small flaw was the shower drain, it seemed to be a little clogged because it was draining slowly than it should have. But it wasn’t a big deal at all, we only stayed for 2 nights and we had such a great time that this inconvenience didn’t cause any trouble to us.

The hotel is perfectly clean, personal is very kind and helpful, among them, they speak many languages. The location is OK - the connection with the bus is not ideal and by foot it'd be quite long; but that's not a big deal. I've been in many hotels in the last few years, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had! It's wonderful, delicious cheese options, eggs, bread; you can even order a fresh orange juice or the smoothie of the day, make your own pancakes, and coffee is delicious too. High recommended!

There is nothing negative to say: great experience there!

The hotel was excellent, the room was very nice, colourful, quiet and clean and the breakfast was exceptional!! Never seen such a huge variety of breakfast options before. The staff was friendly and helpful and they spoke English which helped us a lot. There was also a fridge in the room with cold bottles of water inside which was a pleasant surprise!

The gym was really just a room with a few treadmills and mats and they closed it in the evening and the spa was a bit expensive even though it was just for 2 people plus you had to book it in advance. Me personally I'd rather go with more people but for cheaper. The location of the hotel is a bit far out but you can go to the centre only by taking one bus however (and it's not the hotel's fault obviously) that bus didn't turn up regularly so it's better to walk one bus stop closer to the centre and you have more chance to catch a bus from there.

The hotel is in the Fiera district just outside the city heart but easily accessible for motorists with excellent on-site parking. It is right next to a bus stop for bus 25 for a 15-minute journey to the city at a cost of 2E- 30c per trip. Buses are very regular. The hotel is relatively modern and clean, and our room was of generous size and well appointed. Maintained daily to a good standard. Staff at reception were very competent at English and went beyond expectations at all times. They gave us accurate advice re getting to Ferrari Museum at Maranello and when I had issues with my cell phone needing understanding of Italian. They were exceptional. Also, the front-of-house man at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast choice was exceptional, and in the evening, we found the restaurant food to be of excellent quality at fair prices.

Mitico Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly amiable, caring, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with an impressive level of cleanliness that added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was truly fabulous, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. A special mention to the young waitress who served with so much warmth and dedication—it was clear that he truly loved his job, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs / bacon , cold meats/cheeses, cereal and cakes / croissants. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant . Very convenient location for our purpose of visiting family . Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels / bedding .

The room was a little small and had inadequate facilities to hang clothes . I can understand the no wardrobe principle for short stays but we were there for 2 weeks . Fortunately the reception staff provided a wardrobe .

Our twin room was very spacious and clean with adequate storage space. The bathroom was spacious and clean with toiletries and towels provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury items to choose from. The location is good with a large parking area and a bus stop just outside the hotel. We ate in the onsite restaurant twice in the evening and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

The Mitico Hotel is 4,5 kms outside of the Bologna city center. The bus stop (number 25) is in front of the hotel so you take the bus to the city center quite easy. The hotel is very close to the highway so ideal for the travelers by car. It also has its free parking place. The breakfast is good and has variable options, even a waffle machine which many hotels at this price level do not have. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean and the staff is helpful. I also liked their check in and check out times, giving time to the travelers. No issue with wi-fi. Price/quality rate is remarkable.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable room. For dinner we had pizza from the hotel restaurant two days in a row because it’s really good (especially the mortadella)!

It is a bit farther away from the city - taxi/bus to the center. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is nice, but buses generally don’t seem reliable or at least difficult to figure out. We ended up taking the bus to (and back from) the main station, which came more frequently.
