The rooms possess a charming retro aesthetic reminiscent of the 1980s, which is quite appealing. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are also spacious, featuring high ceilings. The staff members are exceptionally helpful, when I experienced a delay with my bus and was unable to arrive for check-in on time, they kindly assisted me by completing the check-in process over the phone and providing instructions for obtaining the keys and accessing the room. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Room windows could be better, lots of sound from street goes trough, i would suggest earplugs for sensitive sleepers.

Close to the airport bus shutlle (about 15-20 min. walk), supermarket and pizzeria close enouth, not to far away from old City Center, big TV screen (in relation to the room size), ok bed. For early check-out (before 7 a.m. - before start at breakfast service) they prepare a breakfast bag (to go).

Room feels like it has't got the final touch, it's very simple and does not have all the details in line, the whole feeling is not very "friendly" / confortable, seems more like a transition place. Very noisy plumbing (it can wake you up at night). Check-in is done late (3 p.m. as a rule), and it does not have 24 h. reception. Poor breakfast options

The existing parking was very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room spacious and clean. Location is also good, even if you have to walk around 20-30 minutes to get to the city center.

It is not necessary a minus, but there were not really many options at breakfast (this is the traditional italian style breakfast as we found out during our other journeys to Italy).

Everything was great - from staff, to room and to public transport connections. The breakfast was also very good and the "capuci" even better. I would definitely book again.

The wifi connection in the room is VERRY VERRY bad. I had a meeting and the staff, that is amazing, let me held it in the breakfast area since the WIFI was a little bit better. Please do something with the WIFI.

Clean but old room Very friendly and helpful staff, our bus was delay and we will be after check in time so they help and explain everythink how to entrance. Simple italian breakfast, you can make some sandwiches, are desserts and fruit. Good location, not far from flixbus station

My teenage son and I spent a lovely 2 nights at this hotel. Our twin room was an excellent size plenty of space so we didn't feel crowded. The room was clean and bright and cleaned each day. Bathroom was a great size as well and the towels and toiletries were replaced daily. Breakfast was tasty, at first glance it seems small but there is actually a great selection and we didn't struggle to eat enough to fuel us both up ready for a day of sightseeing. Staff were very helpful and friendly allowing us to leave our bags there on the morning we arrived before checking in to our room later so we weren't burdened with our rucksacks while we explored, they also offered to keep them after we checked out so we could collect them before heading back to the airport for our night flight. Location is excellent, quiet residential area with some nice local eating places and less than a 10 in walk to the Metro. It's not fancy but we didn't need it to be it's a well run, clean, friendly, perfectly located small hotel with surprisingly spacious rooms, exceptional value for money and the perfect base for exploring the gem that is Torino.

Nothing we loved our stay here, I honest can't recommend it highly enough for what we paid it was fantastic value for money.

What can I say about this hotel. Fantastico. I spent a long time researching accommodation in Turin as a solo traveller. I'm so glad I decided on Hotel Tourist. The breakfast was simple and fresh. The staff were so helpful. The room was beautiful, definitely exceeded expectations. Loved the bathroom and hot shower. Sheets were changed daily as were the towels. A hairdryer is available The small balcony is perfect for a breath of air. Travel to Turin centre couldn't be easier. Less than 10 minutes on the Benggassi metro line which I found to be reliable and very safe. I will definitely return to Hotel Tourist on my next visit.

The breakfast was good and included a barista coffee. The staff were helpful and organised a taxi and a takeaway breakfast for us when we had an early flight out. The rooms were clean and the location was great close to the metro and it was easy to walk to the Cit Turin region.

The lift was quite difficult to use and very small so we mostly took the stairs. This might be a consideration for some people. The bathroom has a few things broken in it like the toilet roll holder and the drain plug. We had to ask for new towels and there wasn't a blanket or blanket cover on the beds.

Staff were great and accommodating. The room and bathroom was spacious. We had a back room so very quiet in terms of traffic. Close to metro, but probably could have walked to centre in 40 mins or so. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, as wasn't expecting much and it was in fact very good. We also booked a parking place which was very convenient. All in all fine for a one night stopover. Great value for the money we paid.

There was some noise from neighbours room - what is it about hotel guests that seem to love to drag all the furniture around? and some planes going over quite loud. Didn't expect a good view out of window, so I was not personally disappointed in the view of backs of apartments, (which was quite interesting in a way), but might be a disappointment for others with higher expectations.

Good location. Easy walk to metro station and for tram route 16. Quietist location *never perfectly quiet in Italian cities*. Decent choice at breakfast. Friendly staff. Definitely stay there again.
