The room was very strategically located close to every sight. Was easy to access and very quiet at night. I'd definitely recommend.

It would have been nice to have breakfast in the am. Additionally we had a bit of trouble one morning trying to get info on how to transfer to the airport due to lack of some staff speaking English. Totally get we are in Italy and shouldn't expect all to speak English, but worth noting that not always someone onsite who speaks English. Still highly recommend the property regardless.

This was a very cute little hotel and to be honest it exceeded my expectations because I had read bad reviews and expected it to be like Faulty Towers, but we had to book this because everything else was booked up. To my surprise it wasn't like Faulty Towers at all - the hosts were very friendly - maybe new managements since those last reviews. The hotel was just lovely because it only had a few rooms, so I found that really nice, and our room was great. Also, it had a great little restaurant right next door.

It was expensive, but then I think when I went to book so was everything else in Venice. Also, like the reviews said, it did take us a while to get there from the train station, however Google Maps ensured we found it.

Ms. Arianna the receptionist was extremely helpful, she deserves most of the credits. Appreciate all her help, support, and cooperation especially when arranging my checking out and arranging for porter and Water taxi, and be sure they are at time, and they did. Thankyou Arianna.

The room was charming and comfortable with plenty of electrical outlets and lots of space for our belongings. The bathroom and shower were great with lots of hot water. The location is perfect! A short walk to Piazza Di San Marco, and Ponte Rialto, and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Easy ferry ride from the train station. Definitely try the restaurant right downstairs. Great food and the friendliest wait staff.

This a lovely boutique hotel with an excellent location, the staff very friendly and helpful and you can leave your luggage in reception till any time if you have a late flight as you get a key code to enter the property.

We were not aware of building work going on and slept with the window open as AC was not working to be woken at 8am by builders talking very loudly and machinery making loud noise’s.

The location was perfect - in-between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge, so centrally located. It was about a 7 minute walk from the water bus at Rialto, so very easy to get to. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and a lot of the main tourist attractions. The restaurant right outside of the property was great for breakfast and other meals. The owner was very helpful and friendly, especially his local knowledge.

Everything about our stay here was incredible. We were in a very spacious room, that had an excellent bathroom, super comfortable bed, and was super clean all around The receptionist that was there during our stay was super lovely, and extremely helpful with any questions we had. The location is impeccable, it is only a few minutes walk from the southern side of Venice, as well as 5 minutes from a major water bus stop. It is also on a side street, so it was always quiet and we felt very safe walking around. It was also fairly easy to find, compared to other places in Venice.

Ca Del Nobile is tucked away on a pretty quiet street with restaurants and shops and sights all around and San Marco Square a 3 minute walk. The room was spacious, quiet with high ceilings and decorated in Venezian style. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price we paid. I highly recommend CA Del Nobile.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL BOUTIQUE HOTEL, AND FOR FIRST TIME TRAVELORS TO VENICE IT WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION. IT IS IN THE HEART IF THE BEST PART OF VENICE, AND ALLOWS EASY ACCESS TO EVERYWHERE ELSE. THE ROOM IS BEAUTIFULLY SET UP, COSY, CLEANED DAILY, AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. WE HAD A SMALLER ROOM COMPARED TO OTHERS BUT IT WAS PERFECT FOR THE TWO OF US. THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC AND HELPUL, AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN IF I RETURN TO VENICE.

THERE IS A RESTAURANT RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ROOMS, SO IT WAS A BIT NOISY IN THE EARLY PARTS OF THE MORNING. BUT THIS WAS A SMALL ISSUE.

the place is very clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The location is very good, close to the main tourist attractions. The staff are great and very attentive, they gave great recommendations on what to do in the area.

The bathroom was a little cold, but it didn't affect our stay at all.
