The location right on a canal, away from the crowds close to the train station and at a historic quarter was excellent. The staff were helpful and kind, the view was beautiful, everything was very clean and the a/c was great.

The door was thin and the sounds from the hallway got through. The entrance door downstairs was difficult to open at night.

Clean and modern room with tea and coffee facilities close to Venezia St Lucia train station. Easy to find, elevator access to top floors. Nearby eateries away from tourist hotspots so delicious and affordable. Entry opens out to a piazza where there seem to be locals hanging out after school or for fun. Great view of a canal from the window. Great shower - especially after cold rainy days! Quiet, great for sleeping and resting. Reception is only open 8am-8pm. They kindly stored our luggage after checkout, but need to collect before reception closes. Clean and comfortable communal area on the second floor to hang out and recharge devices after checkout.

The window shutters and doors seem to share the same space - so only open one at a time.

Very helpfull Staff. Great location! It is a simple nice Hotel,very clean! We ordered a room with 2 single Beds of the Economy room. One day before arriving we received a message this room we can't provide you with 2 Single beds. I emailed them back that under booking.com chat we received the conformation. On the way to Venice we received the Conformation they prepared us a room with 2 single beds. On Booking.com it has to be more clearer which rooms can provide with 2 single beds! Would go back again!!!!

We paid extra for the breakfast but it was worth it. The pastries were delicious, the staff was very attentive to our needs, and the food was very fresh. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed staying in the Jewish Ghetto area. It was close to everything but you didn't feel the crowds.

I liked everything. The air conditioning was set automatically and was a good temperature. It wasn't very cold but to our liking. If you were too hot I saw that the hotel provided an extra fan.

Great location, very modern and clean.

The 4th bed in our room wasn’t made up and we had to ask for that to be done (was done immediately). It was difficult to open the front door but luckily the reception staff were still available and told us to push the door hard to open it. The hairdryer in our bathroom didn’t work but we only discovered this after 8pm when the team were not on site. The lady on reception told us that the buses to the airport went every 15 minutes but this was only accurate for buses after 7am so we ended up waiting 30 minutes in the rain as we had unfortunately just missed the 6.40am bus.

From booking in to my leaving, everything was exceptional. The location in the heart of the historic ghetto was easily accessible from Guglie. only a few hundred yards. it was restful and a peaceful island amongst the crowds of Venice. It was quiet. The room, and the bathroom, was ultra clean and comfortable. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I did not eat there. It was high quality and valued for money staff were helpful. Definitely a place to book and I will be back again!

The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the train station. Walking a short distance with the luggage is appreciated in Venecia. The staff was friendly and they allowed to leave the luggage at the hotel until check in at no extra price. Room were clean and functional. I had a nice view of one of the city canals.

Although the room was fully functional, the bathroom had some broken tiles that made the hotel maintenance needed. But in general I had a good experience there.

Great location, helpful receptionists, high standard facilities even the hotel is in an old building

The cleaning staffs forgot to put instant coffee for me 2 out of 4 nights I stayed. When checking out I forgot something in the safe, the receptionist was very supportive, letting me came back to check the room while none booking after me. My stuff was found, but all my coins lost. Anyway, I was just glad that I found my stuff.

pleasent and helpful staff, Great location, right next to kosher restertants and jewish establishments. A few minute walk from water busses to many lacations. very claen and preaty view from the hall way windows. The hotel accomadated our arrivel in middle of the night by keeping the key in a key box outside the hotel door.

I would reccomnd to send an exact link to location link and exact walking directions from the water bus, it was hard to find the hotel when we arrived in middle of the night It was very hot during our stay -the AC didn't work so well and the shower swithched a lot between cold and hot (It is an old building so it wasnt so superising) but the staff tried to help and were very understanding. Over all we still enjoyed and reccomend this hotel !!

Excellent location away from the Summer crowds. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a canal view room which I totally loved. Nice and clean. Spacious room. Close to amenities such as restaurants, shops and supermarket. A larger fridge would be beneficial, and more shelves or storage in the bathroom would also be nice. Loved the kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Perhaps a small milk would be good to be provided for people like myself who just wanted a cup of tea after 35 hours of travel. I would definitely recommend Rimon Place and hope to return 💗

I would have enjoyed a larger fridge and more bathroom storage.
