This hotel is right by Lisbon Oriente train station. The reception team are friendly, helpful and speak English. Our room was a standard double room, perfect for a one night stop over. Plenty of room, sparkling clean and designed well with a high spec. The windows open, though also sound proof when shut, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Lovely bed too. Good coffee and bottled water also in the room. The Skybar is great. Lovely atmosphere, the tapas was yummy with vegetarian dishes. Very good service and obviously incredible views. Very good hotel, we won't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

We didn't come across anything we didn't like.

Best location for me. I arrived Lisbon by train, and will leave Lisbon by plane. A short walk from main train station (Lisboa Oriente) was convenient even with luggage. Getting into town start here, with several options, normal train, subway, bus. Getting to airport is also a short drive, or even with subway is easy (look for elevator at subway station if you travel with luggage). Note, however, that, in my case, subway headed to Terminal 1 (at the airport), and I had to take shuttle bus (free) to Terminal 2. Room was clean, comfy.

But, getting into town take longer than staying in the city center. Staying in town however take longer time on your last day to come to airport or main train station.

Check in was smooth. Bed was very comfortable. Room service was good. We booked here because it was walking distance from Lisboa Oriente train station and a short Uber ride to the airport.

Through Booking.com we had booked rooms with a twin and a double bed and river views. We found ourselves in rooms with one queen bed and city (railyard) views.Nothing was said at check in. I had not read an email from Booking notifying us of the change, and telling me that we could try for our 2 bed rooms at check in. By the time we got into our rooms we were too tired to fight it. I was not given a rebate on the price.

Clean, modern furniture, on the newer side. Perfect for a layover, close to metro/bus/train which we took to explore Lisbon city for a few hours. Proximity to airport made it easy to catch our 7am flight. Appreciated the coffee, juice and croissant left in lobby when we checked out at 4am.

The walls were on the thin side. We could hear next door neighbors clearly in bathroom. There were no usb ports to charge devices. Not even the alarm clock had an outlet. I was in a room with two beds, one of them was extremely soft, my friend sunk into it.

On arrival our room was not suitable. There had been many flight cancellations and, as our own flight had been delayed resulting in our late arrival, our room had been given away. I think the hotel had assumed that we were two adults and two children but we were actually too mothers with two grown-up daughters travelling as a four. We needed a quadruple room (which is what we had booked) but on being shown to our room there were insufficient beds for four adults. The problem was discussed and we were moved to another room which, although slept all four of us, was not appropriate for a party our size. We were advised the next day that we were being moved to a larger room and were compensated by complementary breakfast also. We cannot fault the service that we received after the initial problem.

If wanting to stay on the old cobbled streets and pictures you see online, this hotel is not in 'old' Lisbon. It is, however, only a short metro or Uber ride away.

The breakfast was excellent and the spread was great. The staff was super helpful, at the reception as well as at the breakfast place. They very sweetly gave us an upgrade to a room with a view of the sea. The room was comfortable for 3 of us and when we forgot to request for a room cleaning on one of the days, they sent the essentials and cleaned up the bins when were returned at night. That was super lovely of them. It's super close to the train and airport and that's a huge plus. It was reasonable in terms costing and it's rating as a hotel.

It would have been great to have extra water kept for us as we were three of us.

Right opposite the station so very convenient for arrival by train and only 3 stops on the tube to the airport. A bit of a trek to the old town, 20 min by tube or a bit longer by bus - but all easy trips. Our rooms were a bit small but nice enough. Aircon wasn’t brilliant. Good bathrooms. Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety. The rooftop bar is fun, great views, boom if you want to sit outside. We also liked the bar / restaurant on the first floor which were generally very quiet.

Rooms weren’t that big, and the aircon wasn’t that effective.

We liked everything about this hotel. we booked this hotel last minute after being disappointed with our initial booking...Bruno at the front desk was super amazing. He upgraded our room after hearing of our ordeal with our initial booking...the suite was clean and spacious...the views were spectacular, especially at nights.. it's close to a huge mall and the metro. Thank you to the staff for making our stay exceptional. Ooops...I almost forgot the amazing breakfast. Breakfast there is like a brunch ( with the exception of 🍸) amazing..amazing..amazing!

Nothing

The hotel is very close to the train station and a really nice shopping mall. It was close to the Oceanarium which was good for the plans we had that day. The rooftop bar is really cute, nice views over the city. The breakfast had a wide variety which was nice.

The room is a bit small if you are coming with a baby, maybe there is a higher level of room which is more spacious I don't know. Besides the places I've mentioned above, the hotel is pretty far away from the city center and there is a lot of traffic if you're planning a taxi there.It took us about 30min to get to Rossio Square around 7pm.

We loved everything! Big rooms, very clean, AC and Heat work perfectly. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is the best out of three hotels we stayed during this trip; large variety of food, omelette station, tons of options, and a beautiful restaurant with lots of staff members always cleaning up. The location is perfect, walking distance to the metro/train station and a mall. 10/10

I liked everything. I think I might have needed an extra blanket but I did not ask for one.
