The hotel is excellently located for the city centre. Easy public transport to and from the centre. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great they have thought of everything, you can really have a feast! Rooms are kept very clean. Enjoyed a great evening meal and the proportions were very good.

I felt the building was a bit tired , and the furniture in the room needed updating. The mattress was too soft, so I didn't get a good night's sleep, but that may be just me as I suffer with arthritis and need a firm bed. The bathroom was very small, and also, it was a bath with shower over, and I only just managed to climb in (arthritis again!) So a few things to check up on if you are an arthritis sufferer.

My niece and I stayed here 3 nights to visit family. As she is in a wheelchair Emily on reception changed our room to a walk in shower room on the ground floor. All staff in reception, bar, health suite, kitchen and restaurant were friendly, chatty and polite. Ive had the best breakfast here that I've ever had. I'm gluten and dairy free so there was a really impressive variety of breads, cereal, jams, milks and even soya yogurt. The restaurant manager explained exactly what I could have from the hot buffet and that it was cooked separately. Having calorific values to check was another bonus point. I'm not a coeliac but have many food intolerances which if eaten can cause digestive and skin problems. I would recommend anyone with these intolerances or without to stay here. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room also lovely and even has a spinner to dry your swimwear. Eleven out of ten for this hotel. It's in a quiet location too. We chose it as it's near our family.

There was nothing we didn't like. What might give this hotel 12/10 is the water pressure in the en suite and health suite was a bit low. In the en suite there was an option to increase the pressure though. I suspect this has to do with where the building is situated and it's therefore not a negative point.

This 7th visit to this Premier Inn. It is our favourite. We had booked the same room as always but the day before coming a receptionist at this Premier Inn rang to say the lady who was staying in that room would like another night. It was her 2nd visit. The day we were coming. I didn't want to change rooms but didn't want to make problems. The room 141 was bigger but horrible. Everything was opposite to what we were used to. I was told the room was further down the corridor. It was actually opposit.

I didn't like being asked to take another room when we had asked for a set room which we booked as always. This was on Sunday 25th May. I do feel upset. We were did not get anything for the change.

Ideal location for visiting the city of Norwich. The hotel is in a quiet area so no traffic noise, although we were woken at 6.30am on a Saturday morning by a guest with an extremely loud exhaust. That's impossible for the hotel to police though. Plenty of free parking for guests. The room was a decent size, bathroom has hand wash and shower gel supplied. Breakfast was superb. A really good hot & cold selection that was kept well stocked. They even have sections for vegan & gluten free options. The hot drinks machine was always busy (2 or 3 people queueing) but the restaurant area was full so that's to be expected.

The shower pressure could have been better.

A lot to like. The quality of staff was excellent - reception restaurant and even usually not customer facing room cleaning staff. The room was very clean and cleaned and serviced regularly. The all you can eat breakfast was also excellent with very good choice and gluten free options. Used the pool, jacuzzi and sauna which were all very clean and very good. Locally the park and ride into Norwich is 5 mins away by car or a 15 minute walk. The Tesco superstore a 5 minute walk and Kens chippy, the Yuan Feng Chinese take away and the Marsh Harrier pub all 5 minutes by car.

The mattress was a bit soft for my preference

Breakfast was very good, room was tidy and comfortable. Staff was great, the first guy we interacted with on the first night went above and beyond expectations; then the lady the next day was somehow able to get us a taxi despite everything being so busy or pre-booked.

Had asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together which kept separating during the night but as it was short notice so it's still more than we'd expected, and bathroom was a bit small but to be honest it was an en suite and was more than acceptable for the one night.

Staff, common areas, facilities all excellent. Very accommodating and always polite.

Sausages at Breakfast 😬..... Service and the rest of the produce on offer were fantastic. But the Sausages were not very good at all. Tried the normal and the Cumberland, to be honest not much difference.. both tasteless and the outer skin very tough, so tough in fact that the insides squeezed out before the knife cut them (sometimes, not every time). Sausages are not expensive, with the cost of the breakfast I am sure there must be a better option?

Although it’s not the newest of hotels, it is very clean and presentable. The staff all fantastic. I’ve never come across such a professional, polite, attentive and obliging crew anywhere. (It’s like they actually enjoy their work 😉) If they’re on a bonus scheme I’d endorse 100% for all of them. Evening meal was 10/10 as was the accompanying beer and wine. We opted for a late room service breakfast and on checking found our card hadn’t been collected. Rang reception and no drama at all someone came and collected our card and breakfast was delivered as ordered. Breakfast in bed!!! You don’t get that at premier inn. Breakfast all super, only moan MrsKPJ said the vegan sausages weren’t very nice. However she didn’t go short

What I don’t like is it’s too far to drive just to pop out for lunch or a lazy dinner. Otherwise it’s spot on.

We needed to stay close to the hospital so it was everything we needed. The staff were amazing. We thought we would be too late for food (only by 5-10 mins) but we was told that if we were quick the kitchen said they would still take our order. The room was comfy and clean. The toiletries smelt nice. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection. The spa area was nice and mostly relaxing. The checkout was a good time (12 noon if I remember right) so there was no rush to get out. I will be staying here again.

the only down side was that a child from the swimming club that was in half the pool was messing around in our side of the pool till it was time for his class.

Obviously a dated building, but functional. The room was modern, spacious and the cleaning standards were excellent compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Norwich. The staff were also really helpful as my TV was broken and they brought another from another room. The bed was also comfortable, which I rate as extremely important. I also used the gym, which was a little tired, but fantastic to have when travelling for business.

Not the most picturesque. However, when travelling for business, I’d rather have function.
