Studio M hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Singapore. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the city's top attractions and entertainment areas. The breakfast is decent, with a good selection of options to choose from. While the room may be in need of refurbishing soon, it is still comfortable and well-equipped. The bed is cozy, and the amenities are great, ensuring a relaxing stay.

One downside is that the check-in process can be lengthy, which can be frustrating after a long flight. However, the attentive and friendly staff make up for any inconvenience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall.

loft hotel room was cleverly designed and spacious. I checked into one with the bed on the upper loft, while the toilet, desk area, and ample floor space were on the lower loft. Cool floating stairs. Lots of natural light, master light switch next to bed. Abundant usb charging ports. Daily housekeeping. No need to leave room keycard in wall slot, which was convenient. Hotel is located just a short walk away from the river and fancy restaurants.

Nearby MRT train stations were all 16-20 min walk away, which can be a pain in hot weather. The air-conditioning panel is located near room entrance, so if it gets cold at night you'll need to go down the stairs to adjust the temperature (and same with the bathroom).

Loft-style accommodation: friendly and have fun for kids, not for elderly (bed upstairs and toilet downstairs) Great location: close to Clark Quay about 5 mins walk, to Chinatown about 20mins, to Ford C Park about 10 mins and to Fullerton Hotel about 25mins. Breakfast: nice, local food everyday is different and staff are excellent. Reception: staff nice and service is excellent. seeking the feed back when checking out. Swimming pool and gym: nice and good place to be relax. kid preferred.

Space of toilet is too limited. Upstairs the celling is too short and easy to hit the head even with the sign especially when sleepy and back from toilet in the middle of night. The smell is not nice, hard to describe and not able to get fresh air. When having breakfast over the weekend, we saw some customers with their kids took the bread from the transparent drawer with their hands not using the tong.

Excellent location on the quay. A short 10 mns walk to nearest train station. Room loft is spacious enough for 3 .amenities included are of good quality. Grab/ taxi available easily. Breakfast has a wide range of healthy foods served in a lovely comfortable setting. The staff all around extremely professional and helpful. Our encounter with Miss Cel Front Officer made our stay even more memorable. Her kindness and support was amazing. A special thank you to Miss Cel. Shall return to this property on our next visit to this amazing country. STUDIO M. FANTASTIC

Nothing to fault

The front desk staff was nice and efficient, but most importantly they came to help when we had a health issue and and called a taxi to the hospital, addressed some related requests quickly and followed up once the ordeal was over. They even left a nice little gift for the member of our family who had the issue, a well wishing card etc. Which was super nice and lovely to receive.

We extended the stay a few times and the last one for some reason required passport details for check-in, as if it was the first check-in. No big deal but confusing why this wasn't required 4 or 5 other stay extensions.

Excellent breakfast spread, with a mix of Western and Chinese options. Beautiful pool area in which to spend a relaxed afternoon. Location was quiet and room was clean. Staff kindly let us wait comfortably in the pool lounge area when we arrived hours before check in.

Location requires a 10-15 min walk to and from the nearest metro stations. Toilet and shower spaces in the room were small. Room had no ventilation so it smelled a little musty. TV is not set up for modern entertainment - no streaming options, just a limited number of cable channels.

I liked the location, Singapore is huge so even though there are many restaurants and bars downstairs and easy to walk along the river, some main attractions are about 30min walk away but when you're on holiday that's nothing. Just bring your walking shoes! I like it's quirk and it was clean. Not much to complain about. Cute Japanese restaurant open till late downstairs round the corner when you get back from long walks and need a healthy snack.

It was very expensive for what it was, if I did more research I think something cheaper and of similar standard would pop up. Compared to other hotels, for the price, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was very basic and a hit or miss in terms of what was good. The little hash browns were great and on one morning there were delicious dumplings but then other mornings the quality wasn't there. Usually the fruit in Asia at these breakfasts is fresh and a lovely selection, but here it was basic and not to the quality I expected, maybe I was spoilt at previous hotels. No mini bar or snacks, just empty fridge. The layout was weird, but I guess that's part of the quirk. The AI device only worked half the time so I barely used it. It was less helpful than just asking Google.

I really enjoyed my four night stay at Studio M. The location is excellent...very quick and easy access to all the restaurants and bars of Robertson Quay...just moments walk away. Clarke Quay is also a,very short walk away. There is a good breakfast on offer at the hotel with a reasonable selection available. It is a very pleasant environment indeed. The bed is comfortable...with an unusual position in a mezzanine setting. The individual toilet and shower took a little getting used to...but no big deal. The staff I had interactions with were all very friendly, very pleasant and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in staying in this hotel again. Thank you.

Ideal location in SGP next to Riverside. The place is really cool and was really one of the best price/quality I could find. It has a large working area, ideal for remote working, a comfortable bed and I liked the fact that toilets were separated from the shower area. The breakfast was very nice and diverse. Last but not least the staff was awesome! Special shout out to Dafinah E. for her first couple of weeks on the job, she was very helpful, allowed me to benefit from checking in early and we had a good laugh upon check-in smooth process. Her colleague whose name I forgot was also lovely, giving me tips on the best way to get to Malaysia.

Absolutely nothing, would revisit this place without hesitation and will recommend to anyone staying in Singapore

Split level room layout is unusual and fun. Beds are very comfortable. Aircon is very quiet on the lowest fan setting. Good size pool and terrace area. Great selection of foods to choose from at breakfast. Room housekeeping was excellent.

Check-in process is laborious. Scan a QR code, fill in all of your own personal details, then scan and upload a photo of your passport. All of this while the receptionist stands and watches you doing what should be their job. The early emails offering pre-registration have the web link missing so are unusable in advance. Location may be off-putting to some. The hotel is a little way out from the centre of the city, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest MRT station.
