Great location! There was a bunch of issues at check in, but thanks to Xoxhitt the front desk lady (sorry if I spelled that wrong) everything worked out. As a woman raising future women alone, the environment was very safe. I would recommend for a family stay on budget. Staff is super helpful! Transportation is right there at the light rail. All in all great stay :)

Prices

Everyone was so nice except one girl at the front desk. She was rude as rude can get and had no customer service capabilities. Other than that the place was great and the people staying there were very friendly. Would stay again as long as the rude front desk agent no longer worked there.

talking with the staff, especially kyrie the big boss of the hotel. the young lady is always ready to talk to you about your concerns even though she is always busy with something to make sure that everybody's stay can be way more comfortable and always a smile on her face.

The prices, Every time that I book with them, I always feel like I'm jumping thru fire hoops. There is always a different price when booking at the hotel or calling a booking company or just seeing a different price online. and when you go to book, before you can confirm the booking. Th e price goes up. At the time your tired, its late so you let it go. I have let it go for the last time.

The staff and the price is nice.

The pool wasn’t open and the breakfast was either just a little muffin or oatmeal. Also, the areas surrounding is a little unsafe, but that’s not your guises fault.

5 star hotel! They have exceptional customer service. The staff really care about the customers. Customers come first. Not like these big company hotels that are only a hi and bye. I would come here again without a doubt.

What I Liked About The Property Is The Professionally Trained Staff. Misunderstanding Confl was Handled As An Ambassador, 22 Year OldX0citl. Overall, I Had A Nice Experience.

•lots of parking •didn’t smell like cigarettes or marijuana inside the halls or room. •breakfast….muffins and coffee was served •staff was friendly

•elevator was down but staff gave me a free upgrade and put us on the second floor my mom is 75 so it was perfect. •the bathroom door in room 224 didn’t close all the way. was either swollen from the moisture in the room after showers or because the door hinges were not in properly. •my mom didn’t like the noise from the tire shop but I didn’t mind it was like being at home near the freeway. Arizona is very quiet compared to los angels.

The bed was comfortable and the bed was big enough for me.

The room was a little dusty Dust was under the AC unit

It was great. If you’re planning on going just to sleep/rest and enjoy the city it’s a great stay and it’s accessible to everything!
