The location was superb. We were there for Fleet Week so the rooftop terrace was the clincher for us. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable (except for one guy when we first arrived). Again, you cannot beat the location. Everything on the waterfront is right there for you.

I felt like the seating in the living room was not conducive to accommodating the amount of people staying in a 2 bedroom. There was room for a sectional type couch that would have made it much more comfortable. I also felt like it was a little bit short on high end appearance. I have stayed in less expensive places that felt much more like the "lap of luxury".

Location was great and facility as well. Many attractions around and it is walkable. Would like to appreciate Grace for her help and solving an issue that made our accommodation comfortable. Car parking with valet is free for customers and this very positive to this property.

I wish there is a sort of snacks available although there is a nice room/lounge with coffee & tea all the time for residents

Great location with welcoming staff. This hotel has an apartment/hotel feel. We had a two bedroom, two bath and kitchen. Ticked all the boxes and was very central for the tourist attractions. Hotel was quiet so if you are looking for this sort of a set up then check it out.

Nothing really. Served its purpose for a family of 5. If it lacked something then it would be an in-house breakfast option. This it didn’t have.

i stayed in the hotel with my family durning our summar vacation and I was so glad i stayed in the hotel. the hotel, the plaza, and the location are exceptional. everything is within walking distance especially the fishermen wharf. my kids loved the plaza and the chocolate factory. it is safe to stay with your family. if we are going to visit SF next year, we will have the hotel to be in our plan.

becareful of the hotel address if you are using it for delivery ( like door dash). the address is for THE WHOLE PLAZA. so if you are planning to have your meal delivered to your room, check with the front desk to give you the closest address to the hotel entry.

The stay was amazing! I really loved every detail of it. The staff was helpful and reacted immediately for every request. The apartment itself had everything you needed. The moody lights plus the fireplace gave it additional charm. The location could not be better. I would love to come back here one time.

The hotel/residence was stunning, the suite we stayed in was massive with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. Comfortable and great value for money and in such a stunning area, would never want to stay anywhere else.

The only small gripe is that the ‘hotel’ did not have a restaurant or bar on the premises, you had to go out if this was required….only a minor flaw as everything was just situated out of the rear of the hotel.

The place was beyond all my expectations. Everything was perfect or even better))) If I come to San Francisco once again I will choose this place without even thinking!
