Amazing hospitality and very beautiful! We celebrated our 29th marriage anniversary and every one made us feel so special. I would definitely stay again because of how welcoming the atmosphere was! I love it! It is now #1 as our favorite anniversary location!

The traffic was heavy getting into the location but this was because of other events in the area that was beyond the locations control. Other than that, there are no complaints

We LOVED this hotel. It’s beautiful and very nice and everyone was so friendly. Also walking distance to the Kia Center.

The valet upon departure was not great. We gave our ticket, they said 2-5min for the car. After 10+ min we went back and she had lost our ticket and never sent anyone to retrieve the car. She did not seem to want to be bothered by us and made us feel like an inconvenience.

Rooms were lovely. We had a very nice city view. The security of the building was much appreciated, as was the valet parking. We had a drink after the show we attended and the bar was lively and fun.

Everything was great! The only part was not being able to enjoy the wonderful piano music. By the time the show at Dr. Phillips was over and we returned to the hotel, the piano music was closed.

Facilities and location were perfect

No information was provided- that I could find without asking questions- about amenities at the property, including room service, etc. Could possibly have been more enjoyable if I knew more about what was available. Desk would not answer calls from room phone so had to go to desk to ask questions.

We our entire group didn’t enjoy was the price of your drinks!!! With a tip I paid 55.00 for two drinks. So our party of like 25 had one round there and left. Americans are having a tough enough time as it is with the economy don’t kill them at the bar, you want to keep them there.

All of the staff were exceptional! From the front desk, valet staff, servers and housekeeping. The sweetest front desk girl sent us champagne and chocolate cake after learning we were attending our daughters nursing school graduation 🎓🍾🎉 Very thoughtful!!

Wow! This place is gorgeous and not the typical ply-and-play hotel decor or attitude. It is stunning beautiful from the lobby to the bar to the bathrooms and bedrooms….even the hallways are stunning!! The staff were gracious, helpful and REAL, not faux friendly, but genuinely, deeply mannered people. We stay at a lot of places and this is TOPS! I would travel back JUST to stay there again!

We had a nightmare journey from Sweden to the USA with cancelled and re-routed flights. By the time we arrived in Florida, we really felt tired, hot and bothered and jetlagged. The minute we stepped into the hotel, it was an instant pleasure. We attended a conference in Orlando. By the looks of it, we picked the best hotel of all, in comparison to our colleagues. The location is in the middle of town. Great rooftop pool. Nice bar with great cocktails and live music. The Bar. menu and wine selection were great too. Rooms are of high quality. Great minibar content. I now actively look for autograph collection hotels in new cities that I intend to stay in. Such was a mental footprint of the stay here. The place looks as visually pleasing as the website photos indicate. Beds/bedding was heavens

The bathrooms felt a bit basic. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet, rather than a few items off a menu. Got frequent flyer points with Lufthansa for my stay. BUT, had to join the Bonvoy milage program to do so. A regular stay booked with booking.com doesn't automatically qualify you for points. Not the hotel's fault, but there are literally no convenience stores n Orlando. If you don't have a car or don't drive, it's hard to go shopping etc. We had to UBER it everywhere.

The location was ideal for my business meetings at the Dr. Phillips Center, conveniently located across the street.

The cost of a one-night stay, including taxes, was $460. This is a lot of money.

Did not eat. Was disappointed the restaurant was closed and massive reconstruction to the pool area, but the service was superb. Valet parking was a premium, but the valets, concierges, bellpersons were top dollar and very courteous. We extended our stay one more night over the weekend at a reduced rate.
