the breakfast is usually excellent. A lot of choices but a baseball team with lots of kids raided a lot of the items before we got down at 7:00am. Not sure if they had early access but they got a lot of the smaller items. We still found enough to eat but have stayed here before on our way to the beach so know lots of stuff was picked over. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

We were in a family suite which was great but the shower needs updated. Not very user friendly.

I have stayed in a lot of different hotels and this is the first time I walked into a room it didn't feel like I was walking into the same ole hotel room. I felt there were things like unique bed spread and other things that made me feel very comfortable. Multiple parking lot access made it very easy to get to the elevator not matter where your room was. Staff person was very friendly but not overly and very helpful.

Large, clean room was extremely comfortable with an almost luxury-level of comfort and space. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with my special needs son.

They picked an odd color of pea soup green for the walls which was a little off putting. Also, hate the connecting doors between rooms as it never feels quite as safe. A little more sound-dampening material would be helpful as sound carried through the connecting doors.

We needed extra parking for a trailer and there was plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable.

The server in the kitchen at breakfast could not keep up with the demand. There was no hot food available when we got there. Then there was a line waiting for more hot food to come out which disappeared instantly. We had to ask for more regular coffee to be made. When I suggested that they have a 2nd carafe, I was told that they were not allowed. Finally, The down comforter was a little too warm for me.

This is the first time I have stayed in a 3 star hotel and I was hesitant but that this was a rest stop on the way to another city and not much else available. I was extremely surprised with the hotel. It’s by no means fancy but full marks for cleanliness and the staff were so welcoming. The little things like hot soup and popcorn that was provided was unexpected and appreciated even though we didn’t partake. For the rate which was extremely low they even provide a good basic breakfast. Honestly better than some of higher star hotels we have stayed at in the US.

Nothing you get what you pay for here and then some.

Breakfast is always fantastic here. Lots of choices and friendly staff. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy. We checked in around 11p this time and about 6 weeks ago and the fellas at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming

Unlike a recent stay here, there was only one days of linen provided and we were staying 3 days. Only one bar of teeny soap. They usually have cookies and or popcorn in the evenings and each day there wasn't any left.

Immediately was greeted by Michael at the front desk. He was very helpful getting us squared away with our room. The room was very clean and perfect for our stay. Had a nice breakfast selection in the mornings. Took our daughter to the pool which was very clean. All around, you cannot beat the cleanliness and hospitality for the price. Will definitely be our new halfway stop on our road trips.

This location was perfect for my need, I was attending a work conference at Charleston civic center and drove in 6+hrs. When I arrived I was greeted by the most pleasant manager I’ve ever encountered, she got me checked in and even offered help when I almost forgot my tax exempt certificate

Really nothing, everything was good. If I had one thing that affected my trip (not the hotel’s fault) it would be the soccer kids running the halls and playing ball on the second floor.

Nice comfortable room. Good breakfast with a nice variety of food. Cookies and popcorn for arrival gift.

The pool was nice except for being way over chlorinated. Mine and my granddaughters eyes hurt all evening even though we didn’t open our eyes under water hardly at all. My wife noticed the suits had a strong odor of chlorine when we got home.

The facility was conveniently located for our trip. It was very clean, well staffed, great breakfast and close to other places to get gasoline, food and shopping needs.

The hotel has been well used. Room furniture was worn as were the carpets. The elevators were difficult to catch because the doors closed extremely quickly after occupants exited.
