The rooms were very clean, quiet location and the beds are really comfortable

There were some minor things such as the bathroom shower needs some attention, looks like they just siliconed around an issue that needs to be addressed or mold will build up, the electrical outlets on the lamp did not work, and there really needs to be some towel racks to hang your towels on.

Staff were friendly and fast. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Decent breakfast of expected offerings--waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, various muffins, apples. Directly off I90, but not noisy. Only a few minute drive to downtown and campus.

Would have rated the stay higher, but the wifi is abysmal. So bad that instead of browsing, I...read a book!

The bed was comfortable and the room size was good. It looked like the room had some updating that was done, and it was a comfortable place to stay.

The first room I was put into, the refrigerator wasn't working and the door casing for the outside door was broken, and it looked like someone tried to pry it open. The door didn't shut tightly because of it. However, once I told the front desk the issue, she immediately moved me into another room which was great.

I liked EVERYTHING about my stay here—from the moment I walked into the office until I checked out, this booking ABSOLUTELY exceeded my expectations!!! The room was lovely and very clean. It was quiet. And the breakfast was very satisfying. This has definitely become my motel of choice when visiting Ellensburg!!!

Honestly, I was so happy with everything!

The price was great, it was easy to find they were very clean and we loved that it had a lake view just outside the rooms. They are also pet friendly which is a huge plus it is always nice being able to bring our dog with us on our trips!

The property is older but it's well maintained and it's clean and the staff is friendly. And we traveled around the state a lot and some places have decent breakfast. This Sunday, don't this one is pretty decent. Definitely. Everything is going to look organized and out there.

The room was great. It met our expectations on cleanliness and comfort! We had to wait a little bit to check in due to it being busy but I think the front desk staff handled it quite nicely.

We did have an issue where housekeeping would try to come in a few times while we were sleeping even with a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. If we would not of had our door locked they would have continued to enter.

I like that the showers have plenty of warm water. I also like ALL the staff I have met on our many visits now. This last stay I was able to get over the pass very quickly and showed up needing a room before 3pm, I was super grateful they were able to give us a room when I got there.

Cost value to be near CWU. River view! Surprisingly nice room. Clientele seems to be people in transit or work trip.

While back side with view of river is fantastic, front side faces overnight semi parking lot and gas station. Constant hum of traffic on I-90. Fine for us but may bother some.

The office was visible, staff was kind, the room was clean and the layout of the room was perfect.

I was placed in the back so I wasn’t hesitant because the appearance at night seems a little sketchy. In the morning though it was beautiful and the lake view made up for it
