Breakfast was great, location was also great.

It was our anniversary and I told Hilton as such to try and make our stay more memorable, I was promised a cake on arrival which was never delivered. Hopefully this will be delivered at Hilton Pattaya.

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service . Breakfast was okay. Gym had good equipment. Pool was small and water was quite cold. The staff packed a breakfast to go when we were checking out as we had an early flight so that was a nice touch.

There was a hot water issue when wife was in the shower and the water turned suddenly scalding hot. The staff were quick to respond and fixed the problem but was a little scary. Would have been nice to have a small bus to take guests to and from BTS

The staff, apart for one exception, was absolutely fabulous! We were faced with a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but all of these were dealt with, in an extremely quick and professional manner, especially due to the intervention of Director operations Mr. Umair Alheit.

There was a few serious issues with the room toilet. Two individuals at the front desk were not very warm either. However, Kitty,Neil & Boat, were top-notch, and made up for the others.

Cleanliness was good. Hotel accomodated my request to cut short my travel by one day without penalty. People in general in Thailand are nice and smiling, so that was par for course. Scalini food (dinner) is an amazing experience

For such an expensive room and the highest category, it looked like a very functional room, especially the living area. Pool was nothing to rave about. Very functional. Normally I see much more lavish breakfast spread in 5 star hotels, keeping multiple countries in mind in Thailand. That wasnt the case in Hilton. Service was slow, especially in room.

The room size and layout were excellent, except for the pillows, which were not comfortable and incredibly thin. The placement of the shower in alignment with the bath was poorly designed, and due to the placement of the shower door, the rain shower head would cause flooding onto the outer bathroom floor.

Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was not as good as expected. Eggs were flavorless, but cereal was good. The juice selection was not fresh and was either powdered or came from a carton; it was too artificially sweet. However, the overall appearance of the room was good and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The location is surrounded by tons of restaurants, malls, shops, massages .... everything to spend your money. The room is outstanding, bed super comfortable, bathroom very nice, quality of the furnitures, wifi worked really well I did many videocalls for work. Room service , housekeeping and others very attentive and kind. I will return for sure.

MMM nothing I had a good time. Maybe more drawer in the wardrobe to organize the clothes when you stay longer than a week.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is close to the BTS Station and the mall that has plenty of shopping and good food outlets. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

The breakfast in room service has very few items and for anything out of the menu (like a simple omlet that the smallest restaurant can serve), they charge an exorbitant amount and even charge extra for toast. The first two days the hot water temperature in the bathroom was too less but then they fixed it and it was fine.

Had an amazing stay at the Hilton Bangkok! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure every aspect of my stay was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Whether it was assistance with transport or local recommendations, the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Wonderful staying at Hilton, The location is great, The front desk “Bank” were very professional and incredible welcoming and accommodating. Bell Attendant are all awesome teams, and professional.

During my stay hotel wifi was down for sometimes! As a Hilton it shouldn’t have this happened. A bit disappointed
