Good location. The Maya Mall is in front of the hotel. One Nimman shopping centre is within walking distance. There is a food court inside there which serve pretty cheap and decent food be it Western or Local cuisines. The hotel staff were awesome as they can speak English and front office service is good.

Nothing - thoroughly enjoyed my first time in Chiangmai. Will definitely be back soon.

The front desk staff, Apple, was extremely helpful. She assisted beyond my expectations. I had some issues at my first accommodation at Mae Rim, she assisted in looking for a room for us but due to the heavy vacancies, we were unable to check-in the first night. She gave us a suggestion which is to call back at 7pm to check if there's any cancellation. She also gave some advice on some locations that might be closed due to the flood. The room given to us was the Suite room with mountain view. It was really quiet and comfortable.

The ceiling fan in the living room. We never get to figure out how to turn it on and we didn't ask. So it's not something we didn't like. Also the room lights are all buttons on the walls. Most of the time it's not working or we didn't know what are the buttons for.

Great location, beautiful hotel, good rooms and the breakfast had lots of food options. Staff were always helpful even before we arrived. We booked ahead of time and got a good rate. The mall across the road and the area around the hotel have lots of food options and nice shops.

Plane noise was pretty loud. We were on the 7th floor and the hotel is directly under a flight path. Take into account if you are sensitive to plane noise. The layout of the 1 bedroom suite had the bathroom and bed separated by a curtain.

Staff: Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough. The security, cleaning staff, receptionists, and breakfast staff were amazing! Cleaning staff did a wonderful job at making everything tidy. Price: Very reasonable for this quality!! Room service menu was also quite reasonable for a hotel. Location: Right across the street from the Maya mall and One Nimman shopping. Very lively but laid back location. Was able to walk around at night feeling safe with my child. Some nights there was a market right outside of the hotel. Also, can walk to the old city in about 20-30 minutes. Room: Spacious room and wonderful view (mountain view room) Plenty of closet space and places to put our suitcases. Breakfast: One of the highlights of our stay!!! We were excited to have breakfast everyday, even my picky 7 year old. They had western and Thai-style foods. Everything tasted amazing and fresh… not just pre-packaged breakfast food that is served in many hotels now-a-days. The breakfast beverages were unique (watermelon slushie, mango smoothie, guava juice, etc.) and tasty. We stayed 5 nights, and the menu changed enough so that we weren’t tired of anything. Facilities: Nice and clean pool. Gym was small but effective. Massage prices were reasonable for a hotel as well. Overall: Can’t wait to come back! Honestly one of the most memorable stays in a hotel. Had almost nothing to complain about.

The pool is covered so the water was a bit cold (beginning of June), but you eventually get used to it after a while.

We stayed during a festival and were informed at check-in about a concert on the hotel grounds, which was understandable. However, the concert lasted until 1 AM with noise levels exceeding 100dB in our room — not ideal for our toddler. The hotel could improve communication and better prepare guests for such events in the future.

The strategic location of this hotel is beyond my expectation. It's near from the airport. MAYA Mall and One Nimman shopping centres are huge and they are all located just right across the roads. More importantly, there's a very happening Japan-inspired night market, with food and souvenir stalls right in front of the hotel. I wish I knew about all that; I'd definitely extend my stay in Chiang Mai. Staffs are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They helped us with arranging a car for a day trip in Chiang Mai, and the driver is great. We were more than happy to give him tips. Huge, spacious rooms, with comfortable bed. We had a washing machine in our suite room (9th floor). I like the gym. Didn't have the time to use it, unfortunately. Fantastic breakfast! Delicious stir-fries, salad, noodles, etc. They also kindly let us have breakfast earlier than the stipulated time, as we had to catch the morning bus. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable! Don't hesitate to book this hotel.

Was so nice as a family we was so happy. kids club is good and swimming pool (a bit cold) but all good, Good location, easy to find, close to shopping center. Staff was helpful. The room is clean but I could be cleaner specially on the windows in bathroom. (On our first day we have hands step on the windows, hard to see if it not with the smoke from the shower we also didn't see it) btw everything is so nice and was so happy to stay there. Hopefully will be back to stay at this hotel again soon.

Good breakfast, good facilities (pool, gym), very friendly staff (willing to print some docs for me). The hotel is next to the night market and a buzzing 'evening' scene with bars and restaurants.

1. The hotel is close to the Chiang Mai airport and under the take-off and landing path of airplanes, so once in a while the roaring sound of jets can get a bit intense, especially at night (there are a couple of flights after 11pm). 2. The entry hallway of my room was a bit smelly (probably the carpet glue which got wet or something like that) and, although the airco works well, it seems the air is re-circulated so my room had a bit of a weird smell. I had to ventilate frequently by opening the balcony door. However, this was probably specific to my room.

Staff was friendly and facilities were clean

At 6am, bald old man pressed on our doorbell. I approached the door and asked him what he wants but he proceeded to step aside (seeing from door viewer) and did not reply. Suspected that it might be possible drunk guy or someone attempt to break in. Called counter hotline and staff immediately act on it. Subsequently, after a while, staff called back and informed me that he was a drunk guy who stayed on the same level as me. He also assured me that he has spoke with the drunk guy. Since then, our morning started early for that day.

The hotel is centrally located, a short ride away from the old town, and just across the road from Maya shopping mall. The room is spacious, with big bathroom and a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety and options. The restaurant decor was quite creative and inspiring.

The pool and the gym are quite small. The equipment in the gym is sufficient for a full body workout, but the pool wasn't really appealing. The balcony is nice and big enough to have a small table with 2 chairs for the guests to chill at their own privacy. The shower door wasn't closing properly. The shower needs to be changed with a new one which is easier to use and get the water at the desired temperature.
