Very good, there is no shortage of anything, just change the staff sitting at the reception, cut their salary, if someone makes any comment against them. Because the hotel will be defamed because of their behavior. We don't even talk properly, we will live in arrogance, as if we have come hungry naked for free. And the hotel and cleaners are so nice that I happily distributed beer to them, they were not taking it, yet Di was a very nice lady and always respected.The small staff in your hotel are respectable, the reception staff are useless ।

The hotel bathroom is a bit small, and if the water is coming hot, it does not cool even if you set the handle to cool it. Because your hotel manager is useless, he doesn't see it all He doesn't see that the owner's money is invested in the hotel and the name of the hotel will be bad. Perhaps he and the reception people have got into the habit of taking salary for free.Otherwise aibis hotel has such a name, I have given very good feedbacks but this hotel staff has drowned the owner of this hotel and his money.Everything else is good mattress location and breakfast. all is good

- Room size is sufficient for a solo traveler. - Staffs are so kind. - Every single day, 2 bottles of 600ml drink water is served. Also coffee / black tea set is ready in the room. - The pool is sufficient size for exercise even for adults. - Breakfast was 283BT even no reservation. - Convenient location. 1 min walk to Seven-Eleven, 3 min walk to Terminal 21 (shopping mall), 5 min walk to night markets…and more. - It’s quiet even the location is closed to busy area.

- Everything was okay for me, but the is a little bit old. Door knob of my room was a little bit loose.

excellent value for the money you pay. honestly I don’t understand the bad rating from those Indian or Pakistani guys who complain this and that. hotel is an Ibis, room are supposed to be small but this hotel provide much bigger room compare to other Ibis I have been around the world. toilet it’s a “real” one (not a resin box as in many other Ibis) and shower is quite ok (someone complained that it was too small for a big size, but unless you are an elephant you will fit more than nicely). reception girls are gentle and professional: I guess that even in this case it’s valid the sentence “you are treated the way you treat others”: I arrive at the hotel and check in was smooth and quick, lady informed me about some issue with water pipe pressure and gave me all the instructions I needed. hotel is just few steps from Terminal 21 and from the beach. Very near from north bus station (1.5 km) where you can take bus to bangkok every hour or so. swimming pool is big and nice.

so far nothing. I can say that there was a bit smoke smell in the room, probably uncivilized guest smoke inside even if forbidden. can’t complain hotel for this.

location was near shopping and restaurants. Access to the beach road thru neighboring hotel driveway. Room had a lot of amenities and a western bed (soft). Breakfast food was hot but limited choices in western food. Good wifi, water pressure.

Tv had a lot of different language channels but the picture was very fuzzy. Picture would often freeze. Lobby was modern and room was fine but floor foyer and elevators felt old and run down. Desk chair had back support but uncomfortable to sit in.

The property was fantastic, but i don’t get for what I booked and paid, I booked 5 days and as result I left the hotel next day I came, I only slept 1 days and I am waiting for my refund which still nobody answered my complaint

I booked a with big bed and balcony, but I get a room of two single bed and no balcony and view too, so I was wondering unhappy and asked to be changed but they so said we don’t have

Property is a good budget hotel in a good location within walking distance to the beach and the shopping malls. We really enjoyed our short stay. We stayed in the family room which is small but comfortable. The bathroom is tiny but manageable.

We didn’t book breakfast and were grateful as it looked poor. There are plenty of places within walking distance to get a good breakfast.

The hotel is located away from the deluge of girlie bars and all of the negative aspects that come with that, but they are not so far away if that is your thing. And, the hotel is guest friendly as far as I am aware. The hotel is clean and the rooms with a balcony are lush.

Being told that there would be a 500 Baht per day deposit would have been nice to know beforehand. When I refused at first to pay it, on of the female managers basically told me to leave if I didn't want to pay it. When I asked to speak to her manager, she denied that she ever said it. Despite this, the hotel and its staff are wonderful. Just be prepared to shell out a 500-Baht-per-night refundable deposit. I got mine back. I took photos of the room when I entered the room, so I was covered.

The location of the Hotel is very good. easy to reach walking street , Alcazar theatre and market places.

Bathrooms are smelly. I changed my room twice. Complained about the exhouse fan which was not working. But the team convinced me that the fan is automatic. But i have not seen any Exhouse fan running any of the day or night time. Bed matresses are not very comfortable. More bouncy.

Great location for beach night life and shopping malls

The swimming pool was small in comparison with adjoining hotel’s.Plus no airport shuttle which was surprising.As ibis Phuket had one.But in fairness sonny hotel reception was very helpful arranging a taxi to the airport for me 👍

Location is a block from terminal 21. There is a Chinese market in front but a few blocks down is a Thai market. Also a few blocks from the beach front. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early without us asking. Enjoyed having a fridge, deck/patio area and water.

Like all other reviews, the rooms and bathrooms were smaller but I'm petite and it wasn't a problem. When asked for more water and toilet paper, front desk questioned when we arrived and if we already had room service for the day. I would think they should have records.
