Good parking, comfortable bed, good room and shower could have benefited with tea and coffee making facilities in the room

It was located in an industrial estate away from any shops or eateries so you either used the restaurant or machines. The restaurant is owned separately from the hotel so we weren’t sure our small dog would be allowed in so had to leave him in the room. Meal we had was decent and the dog was fine when we got back to the room. No real grassy areas for the dog outside and there were smashed up cars down the road which was worrying but we were ok.

This was the best hotel I stayed in for reasonable money during my 2 weeks vacation in Italy. First of all there was a free on-site parking even for electric cars what’s very convenient compare to many other hotels in Italy. The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable mattress. Everything inside feels newly renovated. Staff on reception was very friendly and helpful. Usually breakfast in Italian hotels in that price rang either unavailable or limited by a cup of coffee with croissant, cake or pizza. But not in this case. Breakfast in B&B was excellent! Scrambled eggs with sausages, salami and tomatoes, milk, variety of fruits, nuts, cereals, yogurts, juices and snacks. Coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino and more. Considering everything listed above and price for staying in B&B hotel I highly recommend everyone to come over there. I’ll definitely come back when I’m next time in Bologna!

Modern hotel with everything in its right place. All people working there are professional and kind, shout out to the women working at the breakfast point, always ready to help you with everything.

Unfortunately the parking is not always available "inside the place", so you have to find space around there. You do it usually quickly, but they should explain better in the info box. Breakfast is just fine but not surprising.

The Price overall . But what I will say a Car is essential due to the location. The Staff were brilliant couldn't do enough for you . Room was Spacious and bed very Comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a Good Choice. . The extra bonus is there is a Restaurant adjoining the hotel . The food is amazing. Unfortunately as said its transport links aren't good though you can get a Taxi € 15 - 25 , one way but in a group it would be OK.

Easy check in. We didn't have breakfast but you could buy in their little shop all the things you would need. The rooms and bathroom were all fine. This is a hotel for people doing business and have their own car.

The hotel I didn't expect to have a bad taxi service. Normally you would get a taxi without a problem but that day it was not possible. So we had to walk to the nearest bus stop 3 km away. Braving the B roads without a pedestrian path.

I was traveling on business and was looking for a standard hotel at the lowest price. The B&B fully meets expectations. It is located quite far from the center, but I came by car, it was convenient to get around the city and there were no problems with parking. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is not for walking, it is almost an industrial area. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

The staff is absolutely fantastic! I can definitely recommend this hotel for short trips. It’s a little bit far from the city centre, but if you need a good place at an affordable price, this is definitely it.

Just a little bit far from the city centre. But the way from railway station to the hotel takes just 20 minutes, which is comfortable.

The room was big enough and nice furniture It is pretty close to Bologna and to the Airport The hotel looks pretty modern

Tidy place, helpful staff, parking with electric vehicle charging possibility, good breakfast!

Toilet flush was not stopping correctly and needed a little prodding to not waste water.
