The room was nice and comfortable, and we loved that our stay was near downtown. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options to choose from, including toast, fruit, yogurt, croissants, cheese and ham, fresh juices, and more. The best thing about this accommodation is location, it's right in the city center, just minutes away from the beautiful streets, endless restaurants and shops and beautiful city park. The rooms were very clean, we had nice breakfast with great view, the host was very helpful and even helped us to get a local driver when we were late for the train.

Next to our window on the street we had a closed closet which we believed was hiding some sewer pipe. It was fine most of the time, but sometimes it had some bad smell and noise during the night so we were forced to close the windows which wasn't comfortable for us.

How central it was !! 5-15 min to literally everything. 5 minutes to Nove, Bam Bar, Dal Christina, Santa Domenica Osteria ect. Not even 10 minutes to the main strip, cable car and ancient greek theatre. The best was super comfortable, slept in everyday! The facilities were good, aircon, fridge and room was spacious.

The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner, couple of ants and lots of mold on the shower heads and floor. Hard to reach by car, and had to pay €25 per night for parking. so try and do it without a car if possible.

We would expect better guidelines how to easily reach the appartment with a car. There is possibility to come with a car near the apparrment to leave luggages and than to go to car park but Googke Maps did not tell this :( and only shows longer way)

really good location. the bed was very comfortable. the room was also clean. it's in an area with little noise.

there were mosquitos in the room and if we opened the window, more would get in. we woke up with a lot of mosquito bites. also, not sure if this is a minus, but it wasn't clear for us from the beginning that parking has to be paid, and it's paid for a day but regardles of when ypu arrive, you have to take your car back at 11 am the next day. maybe just make this information visible before booking a room.

Excellent location, in the centre of everything.

The parking facility was extremely far from the accommodation. If you or any of your guests have difficulty walking and pulling luggage or going uphill with luggage, this is not an ideal location. We had to do approximately a 15 minute walk with our luggage, partly uphill in cobblestone Road to get from the parking facility to our accommodation. It would have been nice to know this before booking.

The room was so well appointed and clearly only recently refurbished. It was spacious, secure and so comfortable with the best shower of our entire trip! The breakfast was lovely and the staff member on breakfast so attentive and delightful. It was out on the rooftop terrace, but unfortunately it was incredibly hot and humid so we limited our breakfast time on the terrace. In cooler weather it must be wonderful. One of the most amazing aspects was that it was in a quiet location and yet literally a minute from the action. It was so lovely to walk down from central Taormina back to the quiet location of Casa al vicolo 2. We considered it perfect for our stay and also excellent value for money. On our departure the very helpful staff member assisted us in securing our taxi to the train station and it is these little things that make the difference in a stay. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Taormina.

A kettle in the room or access to tea and coffee making facilities would have been great.

The bed was not too soft and not to firm. Perfect for sleep. Room size was good. Everything was very clean. Location was great. Water pressure was great and water was hot. Host was helpful and helped us get a cab on our last day. Coffee was yummy.

The "blinds" were like metal gates that didn't go down all the way, so the light comes in in the morning. TV was a bit small , which we knew when booking. Breakfast was basic , which in the end was all we needed.

Great location, clean comfortable rooms

breakfast was pretty awful as all the other reviews stated. I assumed everyone else was being breakfast snobs. they were not. parking was quite a long walk from the property. I appreciated that there was parking, but it should be made clear that it’s a long way to carry your luggage after you leave your car.

I was at B&B Casa al Vicolo 2 for 5 nights at the beginning of July. It was very comfortable, it is a central location everything is at hand. I liked it a lot because it is very spacious and all utilities you need. A superb view from the balcony . Very clean and because we stayed several days, we could ask for an iron. The breakfast was very good, in fact the food places in the neighborhood are closed in the morning and you can not find something to eat until 11AM-12PM noon. It was a pleasure and I will definitely come back !
