This is a great apartment. It's very spacious and finished to a very high standard. The hot tub is fun and the back of the apartment looks directly out to the roman garden. The location is fantastic though. Bam bar is at the end of the street and it's a 4 minute walk to Piazza IX Aprile. We worried about parking but we just parked in Lumbi and took the shuttle bus which operates continuously. Really slick. Can't recommend this apartment highly enough.

loved the apartment and the location. Beautifully decorated and close to everything. Not accessible by car and hard to get luggage there. Beds were comfy and apartment was clean.

The communication regarding the location not being accessible by car was poor. Parking was a quarter mile away.

good location. close to cafes and restaurants, the city is small, everything is within walking distance. beautiful apparatuses with small balcony and jacuzzi. comfortable large bed, both bedrooms are exactly the same, everything is as in the photo. nice host, quick to answer if I had any questions.

not enough useful kitchen to cook, very small and not enough utensils (pots and pans), glasses are chipped, knives do not cut well ... there are plates, cups, forks and a coffee maker ... but we ate in a cafe, so this was not a problem for us, in the apartments only the little things. jacuzzi is a nice bonus, but ideal for 2, if there are more people, the water starts to pour out and then you have to clean it yourself. when the jacuzzi is filled, the battery does not get hot, this is not a big problem, but it is better to know on a cool evening, as it takes time.

The front door lock was difficult for us to figure out and the hot tub would only stay on for 1 minute (before it shut off and you had to turn it on again). The parking situation is a bit complicated... it can be difficult to get your baggage to and from the parking garage. We were able to look past these minor concerns and would certainly stay there again!

It is very well located right in front of the Roman garden and very close to restaurants and shops. It’s an easy walk to the bus station and the furnicular to reach Isola Bella and the other beaches. The bedrooms and living room are nicely presented and comfortable. Constantino was very helpful.

The jacuzzi is elaborate but is not a full depth spa bath. However it has a handheld shower so you still have two good usable bathrooms

Location - right in the center . Comfortable beds . The size of the apartment was fantastic. An enjoyable stay .

The apartment was full of a musty damp smell . The staff advised us it was because we had left the spa water in - but when we first entered the apartment it was like that . The lighting system was confusing.

Beautiful spacious apartment located close to everything but in quiet area. Very comfortably furnished with luxurious feeling.

Apartment was fantastic, no complaints. If you want to be at the beach, this location is not very close but the views from nearby are great!

everything. the rooms where big, there were 2 bathrooms, it has a balcony, it is in the center of the city, close to a lot of restaurants, quiet at night

the bathroom floor would flood a little as the door to the shower cabin is not closing properly

Wonderful beds, clean, very spacious, manager was extremely responsive and considerate. Location is excellent; in the center of restaurants and activity but very quiet.

There was confusion on how to pick up and drop off the car with valet. A map with instructions on where to meet valet and where exactly to walk to apartment would be helpful.

The communication with Costantino was excellent. he was very helpful , answering all my queries during my stay and was above and beyond accommodating. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. location amazing. beds really comfortable. bathrooms great and fresh service daily - bonus.
