Such a beautiful hotel in the center of Taormina town. Very elegant with the nicest view of Ionian sea. Sarah and Flavia very polite and helpful by giving us infos for the town , restaurants, bars and beach clubs. Very thoughtful their surprise with a birthday cake for my partner.

The room not so spacious but clean with a very nice view. Just a notice. The windows needs some sun blinds because the Mediterranean sun is nice but in the summer time you wake up very early in the morning.

Location was excellent. Everything a stone’s throw away to all the main attractions and shopping. Breakfast was excellent, while not huge selection, what was available was of excellent quality. Front office Alberto was fantastic.. very helpful, kind and always smiling!

The room (superior double bed) we had was small but the washroom was huge. Seemed a bit of a waste as the space as the bed took up the room basically. The bathroom was big and had space for luggage and hanging rail for clothes. The issue is condensation when showering/bathing. Not sure if the other rooms might have been better.

A fantastic hotel with exceptional staff in the heart of Taormina. We arrived very late due to travel issues, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating. The deluxe room had a view over Taormina with a balcony. Extensive choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. Small pool and bar area is available as is an on-site spa. A payable shuttle service is available to take you to nearby beaches, which you can arrange with reception. Isola Bella can be reached via the local cable car which is a must visit beach area. Overall, Sicily is a fantastic holiday destination with exceptional food and friendly people. Would highly recommend Taormina and NH Collection for your stay.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. Excellent concierge for booking excursions, superb restaurant on the roof terrace and the special couples treat in spa for my birthday/anniversary was very much appreciated. Courtesy car to beach was also a valuable extra.

The service at breakfast was hit and miss. Buffet choice was very good but things often ran out if came down for last hour eg mugs, coffee, hot milk etc and not replaced. Couldn’t always get a waiter to attend the table if wanted eggs from kitchen as they were mainly clearing.

This is a very smart, modern hotel towards the top of Taormina with easy access down a few steps onto the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, so a great location. We splashed out and had the presidential suite which was very large, with two bathrooms, sitting & dining area, and then steps going up to a huge balcony with several seating areas and plunge pool (however this wasn't filled with water!). The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Lovely and clean. The bathroom took a bit of getting used to as one shower was also a hamam steam room and the other was also a bath with a sliding viewing door into the living room - a bit weird!! Breakfasts were very good - plenty of choice. We had drinks on their rooftop bar a couple of evenings which was rather lovely looking over the town. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking in took some time as our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait around for a while. Sadly our plunge pool on our balcony wasn't filled in when we arrived - they only do this on request. Maybe because of water conservation? Anyway the next day we asked for it to be filled for us and unfortunately when we came back to our room that afternoon it hadn't been done. As we were leaving the following day, we decided to leave it.

we stayed here two nights, very professional staff who allowed us and had the availability to let us check in early. Location is very close to Corso umberto (main street). The receptionist took time to give us a brief overview of the town and spots to visit which was nice. We also booked the spa/sauna/jacuzzi for 1.5 hrs, for ourselves. staff was really nice and the spa neat and clean - totally worth 70 euros pp. Room is decent, bit smaller, but with big bathroom and storage. Beds comfy, breakfast nice as well. Overall really enjoyed our stay here! Staff was really good and service minded, after having experienced some slightly more edgy italian service in other towns, staff at NH was great! Would def. recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing and nice experience. Think it met it's price-value point. the view from the roof terrass is great

Teplenishing hot food quicker

My boyfriend and I stayed at NH Collection Taormina in May 2023. Our expectations have been exceeded in many ways. First of all the Reception helped us get a taxi from Taormina train station to the Hotel, welcomed us with a warm smile - sicilian style- . Cecilia has been very helpful and kind, I enjoyed her sweet and smooth service. On our check-in day, we were too tired to venture ourselves out for dinner, so we decided to dine at the Pool Restaurant. Being still low season, the Roof Top Restaurant was still closed. The service at the Pool Restaurant was impeccable. From Aperitivo with a breathtaking view over the Bay, to Dinner and post-dinner cocktail. Giuseppe at the Restaurant is the true Star. He entertained us with Historical tales about Taormina, always polite with a warm smile and truly made us feel extra special. The evening housekeeping politely knocked at our door to check if we might be in need of anything for the night, more towels and so on, she gifted us with a cute box with NH Collection Logo with italian chockolate. Such a sweet gesture! The hotel is downtown Taormina, you can easily walk pretty much anywhere. Sadly our stay was too short, but we will definitely be back, sure that we will always feel home at NH Collection Taormina.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Taormina. The location is great, and the view from our terrace was stunning. The staff was so helpful at the front desk, and the staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We were only there one night, traveling as a family of eight with four rooms. We all loved our rooms, as well as having great experiences with breakfast, cocktails before dinner and then two of us dined in the hotel. It was all wonderful.

Only positives.

Views of Taormina in the Roof Top were amazing and the rooms were comfortable and furnished very well. Location was good but be aware of lots of stairs to walk to Centre of town.

This place is quite expensive but it Taormina anywhere near the center will be the same. It was nice thought
