Fantastic location, excellent breakfast, wonderful view and staff was exceptional. Upon arrival the receptionist was so nice and kind he even showed me where to go and gave me ideas of how to spend my time in Taormina. And he was right! Everything he suggested was exceptional. I love people who are such great professionals but also put soul into what they do and he did! I could tell. Thank you ever so much, you made my stay so much better. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The sofas in the reception need to be changed I would say but that’s just my subjective point of view.

Such a beautiful hotel in the center of Taormina town. Very elegant with the nicest view of Ionian sea. Sarah and Flavia very polite and helpful by giving us infos for the town , restaurants, bars and beach clubs. Very thoughtful their surprise with a birthday cake for my partner.

The room not so spacious but clean with a very nice view. Just a notice. The windows needs some sun blinds because the Mediterranean sun is nice but in the summer time you wake up very early in the morning.

There is nothing to dislike at this hotel. Everything is fantastic, location staff,amenities,breakfast,room and pool. Valet parking for 20 euro Early check in or late check out all no problem. From the moment we arrived we were treated like kings and everybody was warm, kind and helpful. When we left the cleaning lady even offers us some water for on the road. The hotel has the most perfect location next to the main shopping street , steps away from the four seasons( the white lotus film location)

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning; I found myself pausing often just to take it all in, whether from the room or common areas. And the breakfast? Easily one of the highlights. Fresh, generous, and beautifully presented—it’s the perfect way to start the day. Between the people, the scenery, and the food, this place truly stands out.

Location was excellent. Everything a stone’s throw away to all the main attractions and shopping. Breakfast was excellent, while not huge selection, what was available was of excellent quality. Front office Alberto was fantastic.. very helpful, kind and always smiling!

The room (superior double bed) we had was small but the washroom was huge. Seemed a bit of a waste as the space as the bed took up the room basically. The bathroom was big and had space for luggage and hanging rail for clothes. The issue is condensation when showering/bathing. Not sure if the other rooms might have been better.

The hotel is lovely and in a good position for us. Slightly frustrating by car because of their one way system but that is a minor gripe. Staff were excellent, pool area good - except for one or two ignorant guests - and breakfast was excellent. Our room was more than fit for purpose and compact but we knew what we were paying for so not a complaint. I would recommend staying and would do so again if we return.

A fantastic hotel with exceptional staff in the heart of Taormina. We arrived very late due to travel issues, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating. The deluxe room had a view over Taormina with a balcony. Extensive choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. Small pool and bar area is available as is an on-site spa. A payable shuttle service is available to take you to nearby beaches, which you can arrange with reception. Isola Bella can be reached via the local cable car which is a must visit beach area. Overall, Sicily is a fantastic holiday destination with exceptional food and friendly people. Would highly recommend Taormina and NH Collection for your stay.

Pool needed a renovation (tiles coming off everywhere internally). Tired common areas (halls had ugly old carpet + one could be forgiven for thinking we were in an old apartment block. But the actual bedrooms and view was stunning. Location excellent. Staff brilliant

Amazing staff! We had a rough journey and they immediately made us forget it with the warmth of the welcome. Alberto on reception is wonderful and Giuseppe in the roof top bar was amazing. The rooftop bar and restaurant has an incredible view and the food was amazing (don’t normally eat in the hotel on holiday - so glad we did!) and the location is perfect - easily accessible to the Main Street.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, good food, and the most incredible staff of people who are friendly, warm, helpful and take care of everything. They are full of information for things to do and will help make it easy for you to do them. Gorgeous rooftop terrace and easy short walk into town. We loved staying here. Highly, highly recommend.
