The apartment was great, spacious with 2 beautiful terraces and absolutely incredible views! Close to old town (a few minutes walk), buses, and gondola. Countless restaurants in walking distance. Great location! Beds were comfortable, spacious for 5 people, we were 3 adults and 2 teens, only 1 bathroom though so had to allow a little more time when getting ready for dinner. We had a fantastic stay, had a few meals on the terrace with a deli and supermarket just across the road. Reaching the beaches was easy, both Mazzarò and Isola Bella were stunning. Oh it’s also worth getting up for sunrise!

Kitchen could have been better equipped, with paper towels, tea towels etc. So many stairs to climb which was tough for heavy bags and the heat. Also internal narrow stairs to top floor. Once checked in the stairs didn’t bother us. The view was completely worth it!

Location was great. Close to cable car and city center . We went there early and Eleni cleaning lady was there and she was so sweet to guide us for local restaurants etc. Clean , good view from balcony. Parked at Lumbi. Shuttles are available from parking area to city center and hotel

Get ready for stairs to reach to hotel. I realized that breakfast reviews are from 2022 and not aware that it is not included. Just for your awareness.

The location was fantastic as not only did it have a gorgeous panoramic view of the sea, and you can enjoy your breakfast during sunrise, but it's also 3 minutes away from the city centre. Be warned; however, the view comes with a price, as there are quite a few stairs to climb until you reach the flat, so keep that in mind for any heavy luggage. Ernesto, the landlord, was accommodating so which made our experience better, especially when visiting a new country.

These are mostly some helpful information to keep in mind/tips. As mentioned above, there's a bit of a hustle reaching the flat with all the stairs, especially when carrying your luggage up the flat, but this is an old town, so it's all part of its charm. Also, if you are renting a car, keep in mind that the roads are pretty inaccessible, and parking is scarce, so you will need to leave your car at Lumbi parking overnight. There is a free shuttle from there that will leave you 5 minutes away from the hotel, which is convenient. Parking might add to your expenses, so budget an extra €20-25 per day. Price-wise, the flat had all the necessary amenities, but it was a bit on the expensive side. Considering that we did go during a busy tourist season, it's understandable.

The apartment is roomy and we liked the decoration. The kitchen is well-equipped. The best feature, though, are the two private roof-top terraces with beautiful views. The location is excellent, too.

The roof-top terraces come with a price: there are quite a few steps to climb to reach the apartment. Not a problem for us but good to be aware. The only real downside was the water pressure in the shower and slight smell in the bathroom. Nothing major, though.

We couldn’t believe our luck in finding this gem; it was spacious and well-equipped and we absolutely loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed for months!!! The apartment has two huge roof terraces with fantastic views over Toamina and the Mediterranean. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need to cook a proper meal. The living area has views out over the roof terraces and beyond. The apartment has a big bedroom with a comfortable bed plus a sofa bed in the room. The bathroom was a decent size and everything worked. The property is well-maintained and light and bright and airy. We loved everything about Ernesto’s apartment. Ernesto’s communication was fantastic and he was spectacularly attentive on WhatsApp, giving excellent recommendations in the area.

Slight warning - Taormina is on a hill and there are lots of steps to climb!!!

Location was good. The two balconies were very nice. It’s specious. The comunication with the host was good, he was responsive

It’s a bit rustic. Needs some repairs and updates. Really horrible smell from the bathroom. I know it’s often the case in an apartment buildings, but this one was especially bad. Kitchen could definitely use an improvement! Could be an excellent place with proper updates and repairs.

The room was beautiful, the view was exceptional, the location was perfection and the owners were amazing. Ernesto and Giuseppe were kind, helpful and absolute gentlemen through and through. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate us, we are so grateful for their wonderful hospitality and we hope to come back again soon to stay with them.

The view is the real selling point for this one - it's unbelievable! Also, the suite has all the amenities and is clean and comfortable. Great value, too.

I don't think anything could be done to make it better, but people should know there are a lot of steps up to this place - be prepared! Also, we never met the hosts, but they were available by phone/WhatsApp.

Location very central yet in a quiet area. Very close to all amenities, the cable car and bus terminal is only a few minutes walk. Great views from the terrace. Good value for money.

The guesthouse lies on a hill and therefore lots of stairs from the main road to the guesthouse and then more stairs to the apartment. Something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues or carrying luggages.

The room was comfortable with an en suite bathroom and a balcony. There were 3 of us. Very close to the centre of Taormina. Ernesto one of the owners was in touch all the time and gave us directions of how to get there. he was very helpful in telling us good places to eat and to go.

There are quite a lot of external steps to get to the property so difficult for people who are not so mobile.
