We really liked our stay. Room, matress, pillow are very comfy, the breakfast was the best we had in Sicily in our stays in 4 different hotels. Breakfast offered eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, 2 types of nuts, cereal, juice, fruits. Parking is 20 eur per night, working till 8pm so need to check in with the car by 8pm, otherwise you still can park but in a more remote parking lot and get back from there by some shuttle bus. Great view from the room. Reception works 24*7.

Nothing to complain about

The location was excellent less than a five minute walk to the old town. Breakfast room was really nice with a nice view lovely pool area. Room was modern and nice and every day was cleaned so well. Staff were really nice and friendly and reception staff most helpful.

Breakfast was good. The only thing I really did not like was that they had an à la cart option that you had to pay seven or €8 for a omelette. I have never stayed in a hotel that you had to pay an additional fee for an omelette or poached eggs. The Hotel is expensive and I don’t think they should be requesting additional charges for these type of items. The pool bar was quite expensive. €10 for a glass of Prosecco. Also no kettle in the room or do not provide bottles of water any other Hotel I’ve stayed in Europe always had these extra little things in which are really nice.

Stylish. Great restaurant - abundant choice for breakfast, lovely staff. Wonderful food at night (well worth it). Great location - 5 minutes to main shopping street, under 10 to Teatro Antico and same to bus station. Staff friendly and helpful. A BIG plus for me were the curtains- really blocked out the light. Overall it was good value for money.

Overall, it was good value for money but a few things are a bit under par. Sound proofing leaves something to be desired! Towels thin and could be bigger. Very odd bed making - we slept on a sheet on top of the mattress (not so comfortable - not the best mattress). In the morning we found the mattress protector on top of the top sheet together with the quilt making a sandwich with another sheet on top. So mattress, sheet, sheet, mattress protector, quilt and another sheet. We remade it with the protector where it should be BUT the quilt was too small for the bed. I had the impression that money is being spent on renovations (looking very stylish) but the eye has been taken off the ball a bit on some basic things.

Large room and very clean property. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooftop pool looks pretty although it was unfortunately too cold outside for us to use. The breakfast buffet was very good with sliced meats, some cheeses, an assortment of pastries and cakes, and a few hot offerings (that were not hot). Location was good. Easy to get to everything but the street was not busy. Was a good dog walking street. Excellent value - got a lot more than we paid for it.

The dog friendly room felt like an afterthought at the bottom of a corridor in between floors. There was no view, just a small interior courtyard. We arrived by car and if there hadn't been any space in front of the hotel when we arrived (space available for about three cars), I don't know where we would have put the car to unload. But this is a problem in all of Taormina. The parking is valet and costs an extra $20 that you pay to the valet and not to the hotel. There is also an extra city tax of 8 Euros.

Simply decorated and furnished comfortable room with its own balcony with gorgeous sea views. The breakfast was included and was excellent - eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese and Sicilian pastries and cakes. Espresso and cappuccino freshly made by the staff. Small but warm pool with towels provided and a nice pool bar. Excellent restaurant with amazing views. Just on the edge of beautiful, historic Taormina, took no time at all to walk in to the thick of it but was just apart from the busiest tourist areas. Walking distance from the bus station.

The coffee machine at breakfast served the most appalling coffee - but it had a sign on it suggesting you order from the waiting staff. Although the machine was filled with coffee, it's mainly intended for tea, fruit teas. hot water.

Given that Taormina attracts a well-heeled crowd and you’re either staying at exclusive or something far less, this place is a decent 4 star hotel that has a reason refurbishment. It’s conveniently located (although if one had mobility issues, this would not be the place to book). The staff (Vincenza & Guilia stand out) were friendly, accommodating and personal. The rooms are modern and tasteful with good views.

Some of the sea facing with balcony room options have not been refurbished yet so I’d be very specific when booking to ask for one of the refurbished ones!

The location is perfect, the staff really goes above and beyond, the pool area is comfortable and the possibility of leaving your car and they take care of it was a fantastic add on! Overall a really great stay!

We booked a deluxe room and while it was clean, freshly renovated with a decently sized bathroom, the room itself was really really small, for us with two large luggages it was too small. Reception tried to help with a room switch but nothing bigger was available. In my opinion slightly too expensive for such a small room but we had a great time nonetheless.

The hotel is perfectly located just 5 minutes of the heart of Taormina. The view from the hotel is just stunning. Especially from the swimming pool and the restaurant. The staff was more than friendly, from the people working by the pool to the cleaning ladies. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.

The breakfast was kind of disappointing, especially for Italy. Lots of sweets, but not the best ones. Not many vegetables and fruits. Would be nice to at least be able to drink a fresh orange juice considering how great Sicilian oranges are. Parking is a bit inconvenient. It is great that the hotel picks up the car and parks it for us but 20€ per day seems to be a lot.

Location was excellent, we had a huge balcony, the staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. The pool was a bonus nice size. would recommend this hotel very clean and again the staff were fabulous.

Our room was supposed to be a deluxe double but really it was a single room with a double bed in it, very small and not really fir for purpose for two adults. the bathroom was large and our balcony was super large with x 2 loungers on it overlooking the mountains and city but the size of th room was poor.

After 30+ hours of travel, we were greeted with a beautiful room with the most incredible view. The hotel is just slightly away from the hustle and bustle but in a great location and is a quick and easy walk into the old town. Great pool area with tables and chairs which are perfect for a pre-dinner drink.

We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and felt it lacked atmosphere (although the food was good). There was only us plus another couple and there was no music. The waiters tried to play some music but for whatever reason said it wasn't working. A huge thunderstorm rolled through so we were treated to an amazing lightshow but otherwise it would have been a bit lacklustre.
