A really nice B&B - convenient for the centre of Taormina but still a quiet space. Staff very friendly, breakfast very good. There’s a small lift but, as with most places in town, there are numerous steps to get to the accommodation - especially tricky with luggage. The roof terrace is a lovely bonus - great space for breakfast with lovely views.

Though the room was spacious, the spec could have been better for the price point. Accommodation in Taormina is very expensive - friends stayed in two different hotels at the time I was there and Casa Turchetti was the best of the three.

Casa Turchetti was an absolute gem! The rooms were spotless, clearly maintained with care, and every detail made our stay comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Taormina, with easy access to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the hosts, Francesca and Flavia. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Their local tips and genuine hospitality made our visit even more special. Highly recommend Casa Turchetti for anyone visiting Taormina, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We liked everything!

When we arrived in town, we were fed up and frustrated after endless maneuvering through the narrow and steep little streets. We had ignored the kind recommendation of Francesca to use their valet parking, just because we thought - as Sicily habituées - we knew it better…Finally we saw at the entrance of the dead end two friendly young ladies, the daughters of the house, waiting for us. From that very moment we felt at home. The entire stay at the patiently and lovely renovated former music conservatory, former monastery, former military command…was a rare example of heartfelt hospitality and never-ending little courtesies. Everything accurately organized and selected, the room furnishing, the linen, the bathroom consumables, the minibar selection, the breakfast buffet with local delicacies and home-made cakes, the breathtaking rooftop…

Our fabulous hosts Flavia and Francesca were like family. Greeting us on arrival taking us to our beautiful room most of all making us feel very welcome. The casa is stunning, the interiors bring you the true sense of Sicily. Immerse yourself in beautiful embroided linens, silver table ware and the warmth of a Sicilian family. The lovingly prepared breakfast on the terrace leave you wanting to eat like this at home. Fresh fruits, selected meats, breads and mouth watering cakes. Also scrambled eggs and bacon for those who need an English breakfast. Or stay is memorable and will stay in our hearts until our next visit to stay again

Very central location with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking Taormina, the sea and the Etna. You can have drinks here and breakfast. The rooms are beautifully and very charming decorated and equipped in an authentic style. Breakfast is super! And most of all: hosts mother and daugther do everything to make you feel warm and comfortable. If you want to stay in Taormina: this is the place!

You need to climb some stairs to get there but that is nothing compared to what you get!

Absolutely everything. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a tour of the hotel. The hosts were incredible and attentive, giving us tips on where to eat and explore. The air con was great as it was so hot. We really didn’t want to leave. We will be returning again next year. Breakfast was lovely and the views from the terrace are beautiful. Great location, very central to everything yet quiet. If you are considering booking here, please JUST DO IT! I think this review and all of the others speak for themselves!

Casa Turchetti is superbly located right in the heart of Taormina steps from the Duomo square. Its rooftop terrace is truly spectacular. Plentiful sun lounges for soaking up the sun or admiring the views under shade of the pergola. The views from the terrace over the sea and to Mt Etna are simply stunning. Wonderful warm and caring hosts Pino and Francesca are attentive and so personable. The magnificent breakfast served on the terrace was an absolute highlight. Including an array of fresh fruits, sweet and savory options and Francesca’s freshly baked cakes. Twice we had early morning excursions and Francesca lovingly packed us a takeaway breakfast the evening beforehand. The room was vast, clean and very comfortable. Our hosts helped us with parking which we expected to be complicated but very convenient to 24/7 car park or option of valet parking through the hotel. An absolute delight to stay at Casa Turchetti.

Checking into this lovely little B&B was like visiting old friends. Seriously! We had such a warm welcome after a hectic journey trying to find parking, etc. The hospitality continued throughout our short stay. We got lucky and were able to spontaneously book one night last minute because of a cancellation they had. We had the smallest of their rooms on offer, however there was so much attention paid to detail. The room had lovely linens, antiques, and amenities like I've seen in no other hotel. The breakfast served was made with so much love and the setting on the rooftop could not have been more perfect. We also enjoyed the rooftop for an aperativ after arriving. The location is perfect to set out on foot, however set up from the busy street so it is also quiet. Do yourself a favour and book well enough in advance. Space is limited and this is really the perfect place!

Wish we would of known in advance how and where to park - perhaps you can include this in your booking confirmaiton for future travellers.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness. All of these deserve praise. But the real thing I should mention is the owners. A true Sicilian family and Mediterranean hospitality. They took care of me like a family member during my vacation with a broken toe. I thank them once again. (But I must also praise the breakfast and the view from the terrace once again)

Taormina is quite expensive compared to the rest of Sicily, so it would be unfair to complain about prices here.

And oh, the views from the rooftop terrace – breathtaking! The panoramic vistas of Taormina from up there were among the most stunning I've ever seen. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Taormina, and there's no doubt that Casa Turchetti will be my top choice for accommodation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and enchanting experience in Sicily!
