Located in the heart of Taormina, a stone throw away from the restaurants, shops and bars. Evelyne, is the most welcoming person and cannot do enough to make your stay more enjoyable. From the start of your journey she will advise you on navigating public transportation to safely finding her property. The breakfast is amazing and an assortment of bread, fruits, yogurts, cereal and cakes served on the terrace overlooking scenic views. The room is spacious, clean with a double balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable 5 * and the shower is powerful. You are provided with all of tv platforms, coffee, tea, biscuits, a fridge, bathroom accessories and a hairdryer at no extra charge.

Chatting to Evelyne over breakfast, working out where to go and her knowledge of things to do and places to go is extra in every way. Communication is the key and with Evelyne’s English, sense of humour WhatsApp messaging she was always there for you and made our experience ever so special.

Accommodating and helpful owner who speaks excellent English and has a wide knowledge of the travel industry . Evelyne is friendly, kind and generous with her time and advice. She gave lots of useful tips and recommendations with a map of Taormina where she marked key sights and restaurant recommendations, as well as sending us helpful photos to guide us from the bus terminal to the B & B prior to our arrival . The room was spotlessly clean . The breakfast on the top terrace was very good with fruit and veg offerings as well as an array of pastries and other options if required .

Nothing . But worth noting that there are two short flights of fairly steep stairs to the 2nd floor room,(no problem unless one has mobility issues.) and there are alternative options on the ground and lower floor . The 2nd floor room has views over the roof tops and is just a short flight of stairs below the roof terrace where breakfast is served

Excellent location, very close to the main streets and the public gardens. The room was large, very comfortable and immaculately clean. Evelyn was very hospitable and friendly-nothing was too much trouble for her. She met us with our cases at a local attraction close to the bus station and gave a very helpful guided tour back to her property so we gained our bearings very quickly. Everything was relaxing and stress free. Evelyn was very helpful with booking tickets and taxis and general advice. As everyone says, breakfast was very good with fresh and high quality produce and we greatly enjoyed Evelyn’s company.

We had two nights here before starting a tour in Catania and would have loved to have stayed longer. Occasionally you are lucky enough to have accommodation you’ve booked exceed your expectations and this was one of those times. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. However, the best thing about this B&B is Evelyne herself who is the most charming host. She met us at the Messina Gate and walked us to the property, made a delicious breakfast every morning and spent time chatting to us and giving us great recommendations. We could not have begun our stay in Sicily in a more perfect way. Grazie mille Evelyne!

Amazing location in the heart of Taormina. Evelyne was the just the best host - picked us up from the parking shuttle bus stop and showed us around the town recommending best places to eat and visit. The room was very clean and modern with comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace was dreamy and delicious and accompanied by a lovely conversation about the town with Evelyne. We loved every bit of it! There is a large car park (Lumbi) with a shuttle bus that only takes 2 min and stops couple of minutes of a lovely walk to the apartment.

Great location. No frills but had everything we wanted, very clean, comfy beds , lots of towels, water, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a decent hairdryer! Breakfast was amazing, little buffet style and nothing was too much trouble for Evelyn. Even gave us an earlier breakfast as our taxi was arriving before the usual breakfast time. The best host, gave us a map and showed us where to go. Recommended places to eat. Evelyn couldn’t do enough for us.

I booked this stay based on previous reviews and I am glad to add my own equally wonderful experience at B&B Evelyne. The proprietor Evelyne is such a gracious and helpful hostess who started communicating with me before my arrival. She met me in an easy to find location once I got to Taormina and started showing some of the points of interest as we walked to the B&B. Once there she went through a detailed tourist map for what to see and do in Taormina and gave some tips for where to eat locally. Food places she recommended were excellent. The daily breakfast itself was generous and typical European with cereals, juices/ tea/ coffee accompanying cold meats, different cheeses and pastries and fruit salad. Filling breakfast and drinks replenished on request. Served on the terrace which is a sun trap when the sun is out but also has shaded sections. If economically viable and practically feasible, I would add fish (for example smoked salmon), avocado and other green salady things to the breakfast menu just to give more variety. Location wise this B&B is central to the delights of Taormina just a few minutes walk away from the buzz of Corso Umberto, the Teatro Antico de Taormina, the Duomo etc. yet very quiet. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around to choose from. Evelyne was very encouraging of seeing most tourist attractions and it was worth making the effort. All in all a great stay for my first (but not last!) trip to Taormina. Recommend.

Just preferences but not to detract from the overall experience itself: It had been a very long time since I had slept on a single bed even as a solo traveller in a compact room. Also I found that the mattress was slightly too firm for me. However this is down to personal taste and also Taormina is generally pricey so likely the small single room price (which I thought was high) is about right for the area.

Evelyne, our host was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a physical map where she pointed out all the local attractions. Location of the B&B was great as it was in a quiet street/area but a few minutes away from several bars, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast on the top terrace was also excellent and Evelyne was very accommodating with dietary needs.

Would have liked some cups (not plastic ones) for tea/coffee and perhaps a couple of small bowls, plates and cutlery.

Evelyne is charming, friendly, kind and very helpful in every matter! Evelyne kept in touch with us before our arrival and gave us lots of hints and tips on how to best get to her accommodation. The accommodation is beyond wonderful! The location is central in a beautiful environment. Our room was just amazing, stylish and tidy, as seen in the pictures, with a wonderful balcony! I can only recommend this housing to everybody! Definitely worth the money! Evelyne also told us about Taormina's history, made kind recommendtaions on what to see and visit and which are the best spots to eat at. Thank you for everything, dear Evelyne! You made our stay definitely unforgettable!

It was so good to have a live in host, when so many bnbs operate remotely with messages & instructions. We were met on our arrival from the bus and escorted to our bnb by Evelyne, who gave us tips and guidance along the way. Our room was huge and all our needs catered for. The breakfast was excellent and Evelyne helped us with planning our drive trip to Mt Etna. This was a genuine bnb experience in the heart of the old city of Taormina and I highly recommend it to everyone. Evelyn is an energetic and hard working host who helps you have the best stay.

A shelf in the shower would be helpful.
