The location was perfect, very central and easy to get to all the tourist hot spots and great restaurants.

We got locked out one night as all of our 'keys' that were on our phones got disabled. Luckily we managed to get into reception but it took us an hour to contact anyone for help as there were no obvious contact numbers. It was a good job we are young ( ish) and able to deal with technology. When we got back in to the apartment we realised that we could have taken key cards but there was no information in the apartment to explain this. It needs more information on how to access the property and other helpful information and less on how to sort the rubbish bins!

The apartment and building are spectacular. The renovation and interior touches are a cut above any place I’ve stayed in Italy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience except perhaps for some more dish towels in the kitchen! I would stay here again in a heartbeat when in Florence.

The only negative was that the beautiful floors were particularly slippery and it made walking in socks difficult. Also the laundry facilities were communal so you had to plan your laundry. Small price to pay.

There wasn’t any Infortmation in the apartment about how to work appliances, the laundry, waste/rubbish arrangements or the checkout process. It would have been helpful to also have some information/maps etc for local landmarks, buses or taxis.

Perfect location, it's 5 minutes or less to the Ponte Vecchio Brand. Also, a quick walk to shopping and restaurants. This is a brand new modern apartment with all the amenities but minimal decoration. The beds are very comfortable, the Air conditioning excellent and the showers are perfect. A nice touch was the coffee machine with pods and a small milk in the refrigerator. Also when we arrived there was a bottle of wine and toast crackers with jam for a little snack before breakfast. The Manager let us enter the property early as we arrived before check in. It was much appreciated.

The only issue is that our apartment smelled terribly- fumes coming from a bad drain perhaps. The apartment is located next to the river. We were offered to move apartments but chose not to because we were going out touring all day and then leaving the next day. Hindsight, we should have moved apartments. I would definitely stay here again as long as the manager could confirm there isn't a smell. Thanks for a wonderful stay otherwise. Best Regards.

The apartment matched the pictures. Front and rear views from the apartment attached. The beds were comfortable. The new windows do a great job of keeping the noise out. The apartment was extremely clean. We stayed for three weeks, so the location was perfect for us - it was a 5-15 minute walk to everything. There are a bunch of really great restaurants very close. However, the best part was Monica. She keeps the place running and is always so very helpful and accommodating. We are planning on staying again when we're in Florence in November.

We loved this place: the beautiful, immaculate apartment, the extremely comfortable beds, the peaceful quiet, the prime location, and the helpful staff. It was simply amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn't like was the extremely slippery shower floor, especially when there's soap and shampoo on it. To be honest, it made it difficult to enjoy the beautifully remodeled bathroom. I think an easy fix would be a bathmat available for those who need it.

We didn‘t like the fact that we had to check in and show our passports on line. Neither did we like having to download an app to access a‘key‘. We had great difficulty with this and it was very stressful. When we met a staff member she was very helpful but it would have been useful if she was at the building during afternoons when guests arrive.

Best stay ever with family. Two adults and two kids. 1. Excellent location. 20min walk from Firenze SMN station. 10 to 15 min walk for major cultural sites. 15 min walk to Michealangelo hill. Even good for morning jogging because of the river side location. Good river view even able to see Vecchio bridge from the window. 2. Very good clean facility for family stay. Nice kitchen with induction cook, oven, fridge and dishes/glasses/pans/pots. Two rooms are very big and the bathroom is good. Just with 3 min walk you can find a good supermarket so self cooking is very enjoyable with fresh Italian ingredients. 3. Staff is always at the lobby from 9 to 6. Very friendly and always willing to help. I was allowed to leave my luggage in the room all day long on checkout day because there wasn't following guests. 4. Public garage is nearby and also street parking is there along the street in front of house. If rental car is in your plan then this house would be a nice choice. If I travel Firenze again with family then this apartment will be definetely again my choice.

Laundry machine is located in a shared room. And no microwave at kitchen. Next time I wish to see them installed in each of room.

Location was excellent.

Filling the information on line in order to check in was not friendly. Also, the stairs at the entrance to the lobby and to the elevator was steep and hard to carry the luggage. There are no porters to help. The shower floor was very slippery and dangerous without floor mats or handles on the wall. We had to buy floor mats to be safe when we take showers

This is the most beautiful apartment in which we've ever stayed. It is extremely spacious and has the most incredible view - several windows look directly out at the Ponte Vecchio and at the Uffizi Gallery right across the Arno. The apartment is modern, spacious, and secure. This is the place to book!

Initial access the first time was a bit confusing. After that, though, it was very easy.
