I loved the very rustic style of the property, I enjoyed the pool very much and the on site restaurant was incredibly good Tuscan food with excellent service!

It’s a good drive into Florence city it’s high up with beautiful views but it’s not a drive for the faint hearted you need a car! And you need to be careful driving as it’s a bad sharp pull out onto the main road out of the property. The morning I left for the airport I pulled out no one was coming but it’s a blind spot a guy came flying round the bend he has to slam on his breaks not to run into us as it was very close call. But the drive down into Florence is steep with very windy and bendy roads. And takes approx 25 mins to drive down to the centre but you are best to park at Piazza Michelangelo (which is 15 mins half way down) and walk from there, it’s honestly the best bet as driving into Florence and trying to park is a nightmare in itself!

It is spacious and is in nice countryside. the breakfast was great and could be enjoyed in the beautiful outdoor setting.

We booked this hotel as their website says the 37 bus is possible from Florence, this is not true at all and you have to walk 35 minutes up a dangerous road to access the bus. I appreciate the website says a car is the best option, but they should remove any mention of public transport. The sun loungers are very uncomfortable. Although not the hotel’s fault, the pool area was very loud and busy during our stay

The staff at Fattoria Il Milione were amazing, helpful and always available. The room was spacious and had lots of things we needed such as a washing machine. The grounds and the view from the grounds were beautiful!

Due to visiting out of season, which is our own fault we didn't see the property at its best. As we were more interested in visiting the centre of Florence than exploring Tuscany and didn't have a hire vehicle, the location of the hotel meant that we found ourselves needing to spend a lot of money on taxis daily. Again this is not the fault of the hotel and if you hire a vehicle or plan to spend time in the hills, it is ideal.

Location was perfect, up a picturesque hill overlooking Florence. ( You do need transport to be staying here) Galuzzo was approx 5km away where there's an excellent bus service that takes you into Florence, we got either the 11 or the 37 bus, very good price. The staff were lovely and very helpful booking their on-site restaurant and taxi any time we needed. Our apartment was rustic and spacious. The bathroom was lovely with a jacuzzi bath which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The bathroom paint could certainly do with a refresh, walls and ceiling. The kitchenette is small with a 2 ring hob, there's no oven/grill/microwave and one of these items would have made the kitchen more workable for our 6 night stay. There was a coffee pod machine but no kettle for us tea drinkers. Armchair would have been nicer than the hard chairs

The staff was very helpful and flexible for our check in as we arrived after 9pm from a tour. Andreas was so kind to help us with our luggage to our cabin, ordered our to-go from the restaurant and provide directions. At night it was super dark, wish there would of been an advisory, I would have packed a flashlight(Bring a flashlight or 2). Also important for those interested in staying here, rent a car, hire a driver, etc. It is almost impossible to get down from the mountain(hills). The cab companies are hard to get a hold of, I waited 2 hours to book a pickup for our departure to the main train station. Please bring groceries with you as there is nothing nearby and the property only has breakfast available and the nearby restaurant only opens for dinner. Also worth mentioning, you must book a reservation for the restaurant, if you don't they may turn you away. This location is best for a staycation, maybe a weekend getaway just come prepared as there isn't much to do. The property has so much potential wish the owners could incorporate more activities for the guests.

There was nothing to do. Wish there was a tour or horse rentals or even an apéritifs for guests to mingle.

Excellent property and location. Very close to Firenze if want to visit the city, but completely away from busy streets, nested in the hills surrounded by olive trees and typical Tuscan countryside. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. We did not try the restaurant so we can’t say. Very helpful to have a kitchen when traveling with kids.

We were disappointed by the breakfast buffet. Agriturismos usually have high standards in food service and their spreads is usually hand made and full of delicious homemade food. This property instead served a lot of store bought stuff, and most disappointing of all it offered coffee from an automatic machine. It was very bad coffee.

Pool, ping pong table, tennis court, Pool Bar and breakfast. Great accomodation if you want to unwind after a busy day or even hang out at the pool all day. The staff were great and always willing to help.

We were based at La Rossi - the apartments at the end of the property. It was a 10 minute walk from the main amenities and this was uncomfortable in the current heat. When booking this accomodation there no recommendation of hiring a vehicle.

A lovely location in the Tuscan countryside. Our apartment was large and comfortable with amazing views. Everything we needed was provided. A few days we enjoyed the breakfast offered by the host-lots of options and very delicious. A few days we left early to explore and just had coffee in our place. There is a vending machine on the property with extra coffee pods and other essentials you may need. The pool was lovely! It was a short ride to the train station and many restaurants. There is also a restaurant within walking distance. It was wonderful to return to this peaceful retreat after exploring Florence.

Tranquil location away from the busyness of the city, beautiful views, and lovely grounds to walk around. The restaurant staff were very accommodating to reserve us a table after a delayed arrival. Delicious food, nice local wine, and a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast box was adequate and the fresh, warm pastries were a winner 😋 Friendly staff at both check-in and check out.

It was a shame that we visited at the end of the winter season, as the pool was still green and murky with a cover over it. The outdoor bbq area in our picturesque courtyard would also have been lovely to use on warmer days. It also seemed that another eating area would haveen running if it were a busier time of the year. Saying all of this, the peacefulness was what we also needed.

Beautiful room, nice quite and rural location, lots of character/charm, opportunities to walk the extensive farm grounds, etc. Staff very welcoming on arrival. The pool was lovely.

A few small things broken (shower wand bracket, toaster oven door, coffee vending machine did not have cups. Staff made us feel like we were mooching when asking for coffee pods (we did not know that the coffee maker was provided but not the coffee pods - he could have just explained that). Told my husband he had given me two pods when my husband asked for one to replace money he lost in the vending machine with no cups).
