I had a wonderful stay at Florence Comfort B&B Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! The hotel perfectly lives up to its name — offering not just comfort, but also warmth, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. What truly stood out was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were always ready to help with a smile — offering great local tips, helping with directions, and making sure every detail of our stay was just right. Thank you to the entire team at Florence Comfort Hotel for making our trip so enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Florence!

Very nice and attentive staff. We had a late check-in and they left us all the recommendations for self-check-in. The location was good for us, because we wanted to live a little further from the center, but with parking on the territory. A few minutes from the hotel there was a tram stop, and a bus stop was also nearby. The room was like in the photo, everything corresponded to my expectations, there was heating and air conditioning, also a kettle.

The bathroom was a little cool. I would advise paying attention to the smell of the towel.

Great location, just across the road from the tram, which would take you to the center in around 20 minutes. Trams are under 2 euros and I think they are valid for 90 minutes, when you validate the tickets. You must validate the tickets when you get on trams (and metro I believe) so make sure you do so. There is also a small supermarket on the next road which makes it easy to buy snacks for your daily trips.

The room was great for what we wanted. Looked clean and had a lovely staff and location. Not much to not like.

This B&B is run by Martha and Laura. They were so incredibly nice, and are doing their upmost best to make you have a good stay. There is a garden that is a small paradise in Firenze. It is a small distance from the city centre. But you can easily get there by tram or in a 15 minute walk. The room was so clean and spacious. And if I ever visit Florence again, I will definitely try to stay here again.

I wear flipflops, and I bumped my toe three times.

The host was very welcoming and already had a small guide prepared for us, with various helpful info ( map, guide on how to get to the city center via public transportation, etc) The room was very spacious, aired out, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

In our case, there wasn't anything significant we didn't like other than maybe the fact that the bathroom door wouldn't fully close and there was a small gap under the shower doors which allowed water to spill out on the bathroom floor. The room was modest in furnishings but they were well kept.

It’s a bit far from the city center, it takes a train journey of about 20-25 mins to reach. The location is in a quaint suburb locality so sometimes not all services are available

One of our favorite places we stayed in Italy. The entire experience was exceptional from the friendly helpful staff to the beautiful room with a super comfy bed, private deck area and fabulous spa style bathroom. Parking on site and the train just steps away so Heart of the city in 10 minutes!

This property was beautiful and the staff were so kind! The staff were very knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations for restaurants and day trips in Florence. Perfect location with easy to transport to city center. We cannot stress the kindness of the staff enough.

In quiet residential neighborhood. Less than 1 min walk to tram station. Less than 15 min ride to city center. Bakery, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room was spacious, comfy, very clean, well lighted and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly, polite, efficient and helpful.

All TV channels were in Italian. It would be nice if they have English language channel.

Lovely B&B, nice sized room with lovely bathroom, good AC. Safe and affordable area with easy access to cafés and bakeries as well as groceries. Very close to a tram station so getting around is very easy.

The towels and linen smelt damp and musty even after cleaning, I think they need to add some vinegar to the wash every so often.
