We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a large territory and a friendly staff. The room was comfortable, and we especially liked that it had a balcony and was generally quiet. It’s located not far from the promenade and feels like it’s in the center of the island.

It’s not a big issue, but for better comfort, it would have been nice to have some glassware and dishes in the room—maybe just some water cups and a couple of plates. We asked at the reception and were given some plastic cups and a knife. It would also be great to have chairs and a small table on the balcony. We didn’t really feel like sitting in the room, and relaxing on the balcony in the evening would have been lovely.

The location was a nice escape from the all the activity you are bound to encounter in Venice and it was just a 5-minute walk and short bus ride away from the port. It was quiet and peaceful — the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The room was more than sufficient, clean, and could comfortably fit a family of three. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and kind enough to help me figure out the most efficient ways to get from point A to point B. Breakfast was really good and I regret the days I had to skip it due to early appointments. Finally, the price was very reasonable.

A negative, which isn't really a negative, is just the distance from the city center. I guess it only becomes an issue if you are either in a hurry to go someplace or you are exhausted and just want to go back to your hotel in the shortest amount of time. Since this was my first time, it didn't bother me that much.

For me that is a perfect place for short vacations. We had there all we needed. And the pool is of course a highlight after a day of sightseeing Venice and surroundings.

Would be nice to have any veggie for breakfast: pepper bell, or cucumber, or tomato. Only that I missed.

Hotel and grounds in quiet location with good transport to the centre of Venice. Friendly staff who speak good English. Breakfast in the hotel plentiful and the breakfast area is very pleasant. Lovely pool area. Good, reasonably priced food at the restaurant (Smash Restaurant) with lots of outside seating near the pool. It was nice and relaxing to have an 'aperol spritz' and eat there after a busy day visiting Venice and surrounds. A special mention to Alessia who always made us feel very welcome.

All i can say is that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, gave us map with public transport and made sure we got a breakfast package to go on our last day since we were checkin-out in the middle of the night. Hotel has very nice location in quiet area that has a bus stop two minutes away from where you can easily get to the vaporetto that takes you to the Venice centre and airport. Sandy beach is within the walking distance. Our room was nice and clean, bed was comfy, cleaning service was working every day, in the building was a vending maschine with water and snacks, breakfast had a lot of variaty and was delicious. Overall it was very nice experience and i would definitely come again.

The only thing i can think of is that unfortunately we didn’t had the chance to use the pool since the season was already over….but that only means we just have to come again :D

A nice place to stay on Lido! The staff were very helpful and warm and the breakfast each morning was delicious! There is a large pool and it is not far from many beaches. The buses make it easy to get around the island and into Venice city center. The rooms were always very clean and the air conditioning is great!

I think my only complaint would be the flat pillows.

The Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. The Location is close to the Bus Stop and relatively quiet and the Beach is within walking distance

Unfortunately, the Pool was only open as of End of May and we were there at the beginning of May !!! A bit difficult to reach the Hotel, Park the Car, take the Water Bus to Lido, change to a very full Bus (always very full)

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the accomodation was good- clean and good sized rooms. The pool and pool bar/ resturant were lovely. It was a short walk from the accomodation to the pool- but the pool is large and the food served at the bar was very good too.

It was close to the bus stop. Quiet in the room. Friendly staff, rooms were cleaned every day. Not bed breakfast.

There was no double bed, but two single beds were pushed together. No air conditioning or refrigerator. If it's for 2-3 days, that's enough.

Excellent breakfast, the hotel was very quiet during our stay, the stuff was friendly and answered all our questions. The price was quite low for Venice. We were very pleased with our stay!

WiFi kept disconnecting and reconnecting in the room. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn't work unfortunately.
