It's the perfect hostel. Of particular note is the exceptional staff that go out of their way to answer questions, resolve concerns, and be helpful and supportive. The location is ideal, a block from the Venice Mestre train station, from which trains run every 15 minutes to Venice-St Lucia and the canals.

My only suggestions would be curtains for the beds and instructions at the room's air conditioning unit.

Reception guys are always helpful and friendly, common spaces are comfortable (with window/wifi/plug/AC/locker). Bed is ok, lockers under beds are big enough. Has vending machines / laundry room / kitchen (even it's always crowded+I couldn't find a label to put on my food then put it in fridge>Have to finished it that night, still good to borrow some tableware/wash some fruits) Really near Mestre FS Train station and bus station, very convenient to go to Venice (island) and the airport, you can take a 1,5€ train to Venice Santa Lucia in 10 mins (or take a bus if you purchased a few-day pass, then the billet will be included, just need to aware pickpocket in the bus) Has some nice cafe nearby (if you want to try nice, local, italian coffee for breakfast), the nearest supermarket was not bad. Anyway, staff and services are supportive! and the room was pretty comfortable in most of the time :) +convenience

Many events during the week, for my room (7F) was ok, but the lobby/common spaces were pretty noisy, and some services such as laundry machine would be closed. The bed (structure) was made by metal, often make noise when anyone move :( AC in room is not cool enough in the afternoon. (maybe they turn it off during the day? That will make sence) Don't really like bedroom and sink inside the room, it makes noise when someone use them too early/too late. The cartier doesn't feel that safe during the night. (Didn't have any bad things happened)

The hostel was clean and the staff was the loveliest. Andrea gave us the warmest welcome and was the friendliest. The beds were comfortable and the location is unbeatable, just around the train station.

I wouldn't hold this against the hostel as I'm pretty sure it was a one time thing, but the events in the bar were cancelled the only night we stayed due to a private party and we couldn't use the kitchen, laundry and shared toilets in the evening.

The 9 bed dorm was great with 2 showers and a toilet to share, and I was given the end bunk without a bunk above me- perfect! Lots of variety for breakfast and easy to rent a towel to save luggage space. The team were very thoughtful and kind when I needed an alternative to the hostel dinner. The dorm was so quiet in the day that it was almost like having a private room. Lots of cool communal chill out spaces to sit. Great options for evening entertainment.

Was not keen on sharing a table for the hostel dinner - would have appreciated being warned about this as I intended in a quiet dinner to myself, not an awkward, intense dinner table of strangers. The bed was not super comfy, especially after walking around all day and wanting to rest. Very glad I brought my earplugs and eye mask for the dorms so I could get a little sleep.

This hostel was fab. Great decor, good size outdoor area. Snacks available from coffee bar & machines. Close proximity to other food outlets. Small store 2 mins away for snacks/water. Less than 5 mins walk from train station & buses. Rooms were spacious ( I stayed in female 8 bed) very clean & bright. Beds comfy, you have your own light & plug, just needed a curtain. Large draw under bed good size, would fit large rucksack. ( being own padlock) or purchase at hostel. The hostel app is fantastic. Answers all questions about the hostel & Venice. Also includes guided tours. Be sure you check it out. 10 mins in to city by bus or train. Super easy. Tickets for bus can be purchased at bus stop. Good luggage storage and commons areas. Sadly didn’t get to enjoy the night life, as tired from exploring, but was never disturbed by noise & I was on level 1. I would highly recommend this place. Lots of spaces to be social or grab a quiet space on your own. Enjoy

The sinks on the rooms needed more shelf space to put your things when getting ready. Bigger Shelf needed in shower room.

It was clean, and all my roommates turned out to be nice people. The staff are also very nice.

- there are not enough washers and dryers -- also, they are super expensive -- but for anyone who wants to handwash the clothes, there is NO place to air-dry them. I had to put them on my bed to dry, which made my bed wet. - it would be nice for each bed to have a curtain for privacy. People in my dorm were DIYing curtains using their bedsheets. - During the night parties, they turn off the lights in the public study area. I don't really understand why... probably for the ambience. As a result, it was hard to find a place for study. - regarding the hooks on the wall in the room -- it would be nice to put a number next to each hook, so that no one would claim too many hooks.

It was great! I stayed at a 9-bed shared room and I had a great experience. The beds are really comfortable and each one has a small nightstand with an outlet and a light, and drawer under the beds you can lock to keep your stuff. The common areas are amazing! They have a cafeteria where you can get some drinks and food and they organize different activities every night. You can also use a kitchen area with everything you might need and they have a laundry room if you want to use it (I didn't use it so I don't know how well it works, but it's nice to have the option). It's very well located, just 5 minutes from the train station and less than 5 minutes from a bus stop that will take you to the centre of Venice. I will definitely repeat my stay if I ever come back to Venice!

No complaints from me, everything was perfect!

The hostel and staff puts a lot of effort in making the accommodation as comfortable as possible. Huge props to all the hard working employees! Whether you're looking for a place to party, have a drink and meet new people, or just a place to rest, relax and sleep. This hostile gots you covered. Definitely recommend this hostile.

The bidet in the toilet area is a funny addition. Something I wouldn't expect at a hostile. I just wonder who uses that thing and maybe it is a better use of the space to just install a sink and fosset to whash your hands. But who knows, maybe people are using it.

I really liked how close the hostel was to the train station. So when I arrived it was super quick to get there, and it was also super easy to get to the Venice island and to day trips to other cities. I didn’t pay for breakfast, which means I had to use the shared kitchen, which was very under equipped considering how big the hostel is. There weren’t even spoons. Also there weren’t any curtains on the beds, which might have been fine if the sinks and the huge lights around them wouldn’t have been in the open room. But other than the curtain and kitchen issue, everything was great and the vibe was very nice

The hostel is so close to the station so it’s really easy to get to and from Venice! The staff are really helpful and theres a website with heaps of information about the area! We booked a mixed dorm but everyone in the room was female, this may have just been a coincidence but it was a nice touch! The nightly events were quite fun and lots of people got involved!!

The room was mostly clean, however my friends locker under the bed had some liquid running onto her bag. Even after she wiped it up, it still wet her bag when she went to get stuff out of it next time so it took a couple times of wiping some unknown liquid that smelt bad to stop it from dirtying her bag. The area seems quite safe during the day and walking from the station to the hostel at night felt safe but walking much further past the hostel area at night got a bit dodgy. Just be weary, probably especially if you’re females or a solo traveller as it was quite a lot of men giving lots of unwanted attention - obviously not a bad review on the hostel but just a fair warning.
