Very nice renewed property in olive garden. Stone houses, kalm area. Friendly lady who wellcomed us. Pet friendly. Breakfast with fresh croissons included.
The pool was not open yet, even though it was advertised on the internet.

May 2023 - Giorgo the owner was nice, the room and bathroom were super clean! The house is really nice. The swimming pool looked amazing but we did not use it because of the weather. Breakfast was good and with a variety of options. We would definitely come back! It is just 10-15 mins away from Modica and the roads are in good quality. It is a nice opportunity to sightsee the fields around this area.

The location, away from the hectic life. All peaceful and quiet. The owners, Roberto and Giorgio were super nice and the food was cooked just for us. A really fresh delicious meal.

If I have to mention something...there were some birds on the roof of our room making lot of noise in the morning. Otherwise, great 😃

Young staff, that welcomed us to share their dinner! They were grilling meat and eating Sicilian bakes and they insisted on us joining them. We really appreciated as we arrived late to book a table in a restaurant.

Tre Balate Resort is located in the countryside, apart from the crowded cities of the coast. Very close to Modica (only 10 minutes by car), it is in a strategical location to reach all the main cities and villages of Sicilia Iblea (the south-east area of the region, full of art art history). All the best beaches of the Tirrenic and Ionic side are within reach! It’s the best solution if you want a peaceful retirement after long days of exploring and swimming, with good food and kind people.
