Our stay at Andrea’s farmhouse in Montepulciano was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, Andrea’s hard work and dedication shone through in every detail. The property felt like a fairytale, with stunning views and such a peaceful atmosphere. The free shuttles into town were so convenient, and Andrea went above and beyond with tips and recommendations that made our visit even more special. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious—an unmissable part of the experience! And the on-site restaurant? It was hands down one of the best meals we had in all of Italy. This stay was truly one of the highlights of our trip and an experience we will never forget. Five days was not enough! I hope we will be back. I would never dream of staying anywhere else.

That we didn't stay longer.

We rented an apartment and it was everything I wanted for a stay in Tuscany; so charming and the most amazing views everywhere you turned! The shuttle service they offer saved us time and time again. Angela and Lorenzo took care of every need. We also dined in the onsite restaurant and it was our favorite two meals of the trip; yes we liked it so much we skipped our dinner in Montepulciano and ate at Oliviete again :) Lucia, we miss you!! I can't rave enough about Nobile, we went on to Venice and wish we had stayed where we were :)

There was nothing that could have made our stay better.

The property is located in a dreamlike setting, offering tranquility, exceptional upkeep, cleanliness, and most importantly, wonderful hosts and staff. Unfortunately, there were a few things I didn’t like: there were not enough toiletries for four people (only one soap and two shower gels) and towels weren’t changed over the course of four days. While it’s likely we could have requested more, it would be preferable if these services were included as a standard. The breakfast, coffee, and restaurant meals were excellent. However, I would recommend adding some vegetables to the breakfast options. The area is frequented by wild boars, and one evening we saw one in the vineyard. The property is surrounded by fence, but sometimes the gates are left open. While this is certainly not the owner’s fault, I wanted to note it so that guests are cautious and avoid leaving children alone in the garden in the evening. To emphasize, the host is extraordinary, helpful, and friendly, and we’ll definitely be returning.

This was truly the perfect place to stay! We were in the country with the tranquility and beautiful views but we were also able to get into downtown in just a couple of minutes! The included shuttle service which is truly an additional perk we weren't considering, it elevated our entire already amazing expereince! We were able to relax in peace and quiet of the agritrusmo as well as go into town and the surrounding wineries! The restaurant is also delicious and cozy!

Nothing was even close to a deal breaker for us but just for others to consider - the apartment we got was very large however if you are looking to hangout inside and be able to have a comfy night on the couch this probably isnt the room for you. The bed was pretty hard too but very easy to overlook with the beauty that is everything else here!

The host made our stay go from wonderful to exceptional. We stayed 3 days and the food at the restaurant was so good that we never bothered to venture out for our dinner meals. The staff was also top notch. I can’t say enough to tell you how perfect this Agriturismo was. Prior to this stop on our vacation, we stayed at 5 Star hotels in Venice and Lake Como, but this beautiful haven in the middle of Tuscany exceeded those prior stays. Just remarkable and comfortable. We want to return and ride the e-bikes, that weather precluded on this visit.

There was no provision of coffee in the room, but the dining room was only a short walk away….

Location (in middle of vineyards/olive trees, with views of Montepulciano). Excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and great idea the free shuttle to the city centre of Montepulciano. Clean! Ample parking. Good wifi.

I would work on the comfort of the bed, which wasn’t very good; it also didn’t help to have two mattresses for a double bed. If you are travelling with a pet for several days, you might want to opt for one of the bigger rooms/apartments; but for one night our double room (camera rosa) was ok.

I loved everything about Agriturismo Nobile. The place, the food and Andrea and Alberto were so helpful. We arrived at Montepulciano on a very, very rainy day and got soaked to the skin as soon as we disembarked from the bus. The bua station was locked from inside and we had no place to seat . Maybe beacuse it was lunch time We had booked a free shuttle service with the farmhouse. Wet and confused we moved to the city center, not knowing that it was at the top.of the hill.However, we can never forget Andrea's generosity, who picked us up from the city center, although it is not in their free shuttle service that we had opted for. I could understand that he must have thought about how he could leave two ladies traveling there for the first time alone with the terrible weather. Nevertheless, Andrea was our savior. Thank you for being so kind and making us feel safe and welcome. My sister and I also felt that Agriturismo Nobile has an excellent chef, more importantly, the pastry chef. Their breakfast desserts were so good and their Pannacota with pear stew was to die for. The farmhouse is located very strategically overlooking the valley and the town of Montepulciano. Although we stayed for 3 nights, somehow it didn't feel enough. We ought to come back with family. Thank you so much for everything Agriturismo Nobile.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful Tuscan villa, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, the location was perfect for a peaceful and authentic Italian experience. The panoramic views of vineyards and olive groves were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The villa itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with traditional Tuscan furnishings. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with fresh, local ingredients from nearby markets. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with helpful suggestions for local restaurants, wineries, and attractions. They made us feel like part of the family. One of the highlights was the outdoor area – a lovely garden and a sparkling pool, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby villages of Siena, Pienza,Montepulciano and San Gimignano. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat with the charm of old-world Tuscany, combined with the comforts of modern living, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent to visit the town of Montepulciano and the neighbouring towns. The grounds, olive trees, and vineyard were beautiful and well taken care of. Andrea was a welcoming host who took the time to orient us and drive his guests to and from the town whenever we liked . The dinner was the best one we had during our month of travelling through Italy ! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we hope to return again in the future.

I hate to say anything negative b/c it was so wonderful there but the dryer did not dry our clothes. It would take a few hours to dry them sufficiently. That we had to leave 😕

Wow! What amazing hosts! The property is stunning, the food is fantastic but it is the family and staff running the hotel that truly make it special. We have never stayed at a more welcoming property - you can tell this is a labor of love! They went above and beyond with our accommodations because we had to book two rooms. They arranged to for us to have adjoining rooms that were perfect! Such thoughtfulness! Special thanks to Lucia for her amazing service at dinner - just wonderful! Do not hesitate to stay here - I didn’t want to leave!
