Friendly greeting, close to the landmarks. Free hot drinks and pastries value for money. Greek knowledgeable reception.

The fresh pastries went too quick in the morning so if you wasn’t up early it would be gone :( I didn’t like the lift especially at night. Make sure the door is closed behind you and you close the door after or it will not work.

I was a little worried at first about staying here due to the location but actually had a very pleasant stay! I felt very cared for by every member of staff and felt very safe during my time there. My room was lovely and had a very comfortable bed and pillows for a good sleep. Also lots of daylight coming through the window, which looked out onto the street. There is also a safe in the room to protect valuable items. The hotel's location is perfect as it is directly opposite to the Termini station, meaning you can get a bus or train from the airport to the hotel or you can book a bus tour to take you through Rome, simply by walking across the road from the hotel. There are lots of lovely restaurants and cafés on the same street as well as fountains nearby to fill your water bottle (which I recommend during Rome's summertime!). There are also lots of museums nearby, which are free on Sundays. The breakfast was delicious at the hotel and a very good price. Each member of staff was so incredibly kind and caring and made me feel very safe here - I would love to commend Valentina for her restaurant recommendation too! Anyone hesitant about staying here, please don't be. I stayed here as a single woman and felt very safe alone. You will be in good hands.

The rooms have slightly thin walls, so sometimes you can hear other guests but this didn't bother me too much as people kept quiet. I also had to unplug the TV to charge my phone as there were no other plug sockets in the room. It's not the best for those using a wheelchair as there are stairs at the hotel entrance and to get to the elevator. *Be careful* when walking along the street in the dark (as is the case anywhere) because there are sometimes drunk men shouting. Via Marsala is safer at night but keep your wits about you. Don't go to the other side of Termini Station at night!

Great Location, walkable Rome Termini, Repubblica Metro and bus stops for attractions further afield. Walkable from hotel to major attractions including Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Clean room Private bathroom Helpful and friendly staff. Wifi Breakfast coffee and cornetto

The lift broke down on day two of my stay which was Easter Sunday. Understandably it took a few days to be repaired, so it was a minor inconvenience and using the stairs was good for my health 😆

The staff is highly friendly, smiley and overall nice and accommodating. there is someone available 24/7 which is very helpful. The place is very clean and meets expectations is also as in the pictures. The location is very strategic amazing super close to bus station and Metros. It is also in a building complex with an external and internal code which makes one feel safe. It has many restaurants and shops in the street right out of the hotel.

Walls are a bit thin but i guess this is more of an Italy issue. Breakfast can be improved it has basic coffee and packed pastry (not fresh) with packed yogurt. Fresh choices of a small buffet would be nice including healthy things. Internet was slow can be improved.

Room was very clean, nice, bathroom as well The staff were too helpful, they were able to manage a very early check in, in addition to free breakfast on arrival day and 24/7 free coffee, this was so exceptional Locations is amazing as well, almost in the center of Rome, walking distances almost to the most interesting places Loved the stay, highly recommended and will definitely visit them again

The location was perfect, you could be everywhere in a few minutes by walk. It was all clean and they change everyday

People passing by in the hallway made noise and you could hear everything from the room. The window overlooked a central pit, which had a very bad smell so there was no way to open the window to ventilate it.

The hotel is on perfect location on one of the main streets in the city centre and I walked to all historic and touristic places. They provide you with complimentary croissants and a coffee in the morning, something that many other hotels don't do! The staff is very polite and helpful, they provide you with a map of all important touristic places in the city and guide you how to get there.

The lift was not working, so I had to clime my big fat*ss to the 3rd floor all the time :)

The hotel is very conveniently located for a sleep over. It is in the center of Rome but also very close to Termini station while not in the station area itself. Excellent option if you have to catch an early train. The staff is kind.

The property is a bit dated and not very well maintained. The bed was narrow. It was a bit noisy.

There was plenty of room for all 4 of us comfortably (1 large bed and 2 twins). Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was a nice touch. It was a short walk to the train station. I appreciated the elevator so that we didn't have to carry luggage up the stairs.

Breakfast could have been a little more substantial. We had a hard time finding the location due to the small signage. We walked right by it the first time.

The location was really good, close to the main attractions and also to the public transport. The staff was really nice, very clean everything and they gave free coffee of any kind at any time, and in the morning they gave us free croissants, it was not a breakfast but it was really nice from them.

The price was a little more expensive than I would like to pay.
