The location is perfect, close to the main Termini train station, metro station, local busses, and hop on hop off tourist bus stop. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants at Termini train station. Breakfast was good with good choice. Staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful.

The small radiator in the bathroom was on and couldn't be adjusted, making the room hot during the night. Only one english channel on TV ( BBC World News ). Plug sockets were loose. Check-in on booking.com is stated as 16:00, which is misleading as when you arrive at reception, you are informed that check-in is at 14:00.

This is a good choice for anoyone looking for a mid-price hotel close to the main station. My single room was a decent size and well-equipped.

The staff were lovely the location superb. Rooms were comfortable. Couldn’t fault it.

I stayed here for three nights. Excellent location close to all public transportation to whatever destination you want to go to. Many of the sites are completely walkable but I was there in early/mid June in the middle of the insane heatwave and all that walking was not an option for me. The breakfast was substantial with many options and was a great way to start the day. The room was exactly as advertised. Simple, clean and perfect for my needs,which was mostly just showering and sleeping. I will say the bed was on the firmer side, which I prefer,but if that's an issue for you I would inquire about a mattress pad if they have any. I had no issue with the size of the room and didn't notice any noise from the other guests even though the hotel was sold out, so it is well insulated. The air conditioning worked well and I slept very comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is adorable and a great place for a drink. I did have to contend with an overly aggressive pigeon for my aperitivo but, that's Italy for you! Overall I highly recommend.

The hotel is nice, the staff was friendly and what stood out in my opinion was the baggage service. The breakfast was also very good, with quite a variety of foods.

The location next to the main train station is not really the cleanest one in Rome, but all in all, the hotel was "like a clean island" in the dirty neighborhood.

The location to Termini is excellent. Lovely hotel with gorgeous rooftop garden bar with a very friendly and professional staff member. Close proximity to restaurants and lots of nearby transport options. 15-20 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Nicely decorated room.

Arrived exhausted just after midday and room wasn’t ready till 4pm (which is their stated check in time). Some of the staff were very unwelcoming and quite rude about the room not being ready. It was obvious by the amount of people in the lobby waiting to check in, that they were very busy but it never hurts to be kind and especially to people who have travelled a great distance. A suggestion would be to maybe utilise your rooftop garden bar area, to encourage guests to relax there while waiting to check in and provide some fresh drinking water at the very least. I had to ask if I could sit there.as the lobby was overcrowded.

Loved the room we had, since it had a little sitting room with a very cool velvet couch. Also enjoyed the old fashioned decor. I like a somewhat “retro” room. But all the things worked very well - spacious mini fridge, great shower that warmed up instantly, had good water pressure, etc. Nice rooftop bar/garden. Also great to be so close to Termini, since we were catching the train to the airport early the next day. Smart that breakfast starts at 6:30, since probably a lot of people need to leave early. That’s the earliest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Would definitely choose the Nord Nuova for a longer stay. Great value for the money.

No English language channels on TV, but not that big of a deal.

Friendly welcome from helpful staff. Allowed us to store bags so we could explore. Breakfast was brilliant and roof top bar was lovely. The hotel is incredibly clean which made the stay more enjoyable and relaxing. The cleaners were brilliant. Hotel was in brilliant location surrounded by wonderful restaurants and places to have a coffee or cocktail.

Spacious room was very comfortable and welcome. We were able to open the windows which was a nice alternative to aircon. Some staff good, some borderline rude. A nice selection of restaurants around the corner.

Room was dark, as is the case in most older Italian hotels and apartments. A bit noisy. We could hear the people in the room next door and people in the corridor outside our room. I was reassured on line I would get early check in, but this did not happen. When we arrived we had to wait an extra 90minutes. There was plenty of comfortable sofas on which to wait and our luggage was stowed which was something.

Helpful staff. Safe and secure and the roof top bar was lovely. Close to trains and only 15 min walk to Colosseum. Nice Hotel.

The fridge in my room was the same temp as outside the fridge so not much use at all. I had a single room booked which was quite small so when i went down to the main lounge area to sit and work on my ipad with a bit more space around me there was no cafe available for a coffee while sitting in the main lobby area. With only one single coffee sachet in my room for a 2 night stay i thought at least another option would be good rather than wait for the roof top bar to open. If you book for 2 nights why not have 2 nights of coffee in the room??
