the staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The room was comfortable, clean and the facilities in the room were great for the price and location. each day the staff stocked up the fridge with snacks and drinks all free of charge which was a nice touch. it was my birthday while we stayed here and the staff left a dessert with a candle in the centre and a note for me. Really was a lovely stay.

The only fault I could give the property was the difficulty to locate it in the beginning. We were tired from traveling and when we got to the location we entered the wrong building at first. There are similar suites a few doors down on the same street so it was difficult to find.

Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance for us , but we do like to walk. The room and facilities were ideal for a long weekend break. I must mention the young lady on the reception who was really helpful. Sorry but didn't get her name but she was really nice and gave us some traditional Italian restaurants to visit and other useful info. Must also mention the small Pizzarire next door which done in our opinion the best Pizza slices we found.

To be honest I don't have any negative response for this property. It was more than adequate and would have no hesitation of staying here if I was to return to Rome.

Lovely staff, Giorgia on reception was a joy to deal with. Well appointed rooms with a free stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. Great location for restaurants and to see Rome’s famous historic places. It’s an old renovated building but there’s a small lift so no lugging suitcases up stairs.

Our room only had a small frosted window so no view, this didn’t bother us too much but if this is an issue, select a room with a view when booking. Bathroom felt slightly cramped and shower floor can be very slippery.

Location: it's within walking distance from all the well-known attractions: Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican Staff: Michele was super helpful, communicative, friendly, welcoming, accommodating with various arrangement. Georgia was also very friendly and helpful Room: we stayed at Junior Suite, and the room was so nice, spacious, nice bath tub, standing shower, with complete amenities. Sun Suite Luxury Pantheon is directly next to a bunch of restaurants, convenient store (Tigre) to get food supplies

This was a great hotel centrally located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were easy to communicate with on whatsapp which is always very handy when traveling. We also took advantage of their transfer from the airport for 60 euro which was very nice compared to a taxi. A gentleman had our name on a sign waiting for us after baggage claim which made the whole process so easy, especially after traveling with a little one.

I would love a fuller pillow situation, but I understand it is not as much the norm here in Europe as it is in the states.

The properties location is perfectly situated and quiet, 20 mins or so walk from most major landmarks in Rome centre. The property was clean, the staff friendly and we had plenty of room and room amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

There were seemingly no English channels on the TV and we couldn’t get Netflix/ YouTube to work. Also the shelf in the shower was a bit wobbly but it’s only minor little things. Other than that perfection

Location was brilliant and the staff were lovely! I’d booked this as a surprise for my husband’s 30th and the staff kindly put balloons, a birthday banner and prosecco in our room, which was a lovely touch! We were upgraded to a suite for free on our second night which really made it special. Had we spent our 4 nights in the room we were initially given it wouldn’t have been as good as it was small with no window, and I expected much more for what I’d paid.

The bathroom smelled damp and the silicone seals round the shower were needing re-done as they were cracked and discoloured.

Great location, beautiful view from our room. The room was very big and lovely bathroom. Perfect for couples. Both hosts were amazing, responded promptly to all inquiries and we were able to get early check in. We had so many tours booked, I just wished I was able to enjoy the room a little longer. Loved that it is walking distance to everywhere. The only time we needed to get a taxi was back to the airport. Will be back!

4am noise from outside woke us up, but not the property’s fault

The location is very good. It had everything we needed.

Shower didn’t drain very well

The room was excellent, very spacious, clean, 2 windows onto the Roman remains opposite (Tempio Fortunato del giorno presente), an amazingly large bathroom that included a shower with a Turkish haman as well as a bath. The contents of the mini-fridge were available free of charge and there was a cold bottle of wine and strawberries waiting for us in the room. The location is brilliant for sights like the Pantheon, Vittorio Emanuele II monument, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trajan's Forum, Capitoline Hill, Palatine Hill, Arch of Constantine, Circus Maximus, Piazza Navona and across the river to Trastevere, all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. The only item that was a bit limiting for us (we only had a 2-day trip) was that there isn't a 24-hour reception service. However, if you are arriving after 4pm, arrangements will be made to provide you with the keys and code to enter the building and apartment. For us, it meant that we had to plan our sight-seeing in such a way so as to be in that area before 4pm as we wished to be there in time for the reception service in case we needed to ask any questions or get clarifications/explanations. But this isn't a negative point at all and it has no impact on our great satisfaction with the quality of the property, service and location.
