We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the service, food and room was amazing. We really enjoyed how well we were treated by the stuff. I would like to point out that Sergio was amazing with guide and was very nice to us and our child.

The staff at the hotel were so responsive, hospitable, accommodating and flexible in responding to our many requests including for an early check-in, type of room and arranging an airport transfer. In addition, the hotel location was excellent - only a short walk away from Roma Termini, a supermarket and many tourist sights. The breakfast was also amazing too - great coffee, fresh fruit and pastries and a hot English breakfast too. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again and recommend it without any hesitation.

The staff was lovely and extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was great and we were upgraded to a terrace. The air conditioning was very good and the room was very quiet. The bathroom was spacious and had good ventilation. The breakfast was fantastic and the cappuccino was delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Rome. There is a terrific restaurant around the corner and a market across the street. This was my 3rd stay in Rome and this property was at the top.

The hotel as soon as you walked in smelt amazing!!! Clean, shiny, airy and bright ! Greeted by the loveliest most helpful staff that took the suitcases up to our room, we were shown by staff where to go and how to get around which was really helpful!! They were so attentive! The breakfast was really nice so much variety that was laid out and also from the menu, fruit was so fresh and the coffee was great too. Had a nice outside terrace bit too, so lovely! Was quiet, close to the metro and if you wanted to walk to places then good for that too, not too much around but metro was really easy to use! Nice coffee and pastries shops, and there was a few restaurants around too.

The h otel was excellent and the staff could not do enough to help you. The staff were very friendly and always attentive, the morning breakfast was great quality and loads of choices. There were some really good bars and restaurants around the hotel too Throughly enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay there again and i would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a 2 or 3 min walk from Termini Station, and was in a quiter part of town, it is a 15 min walk from the main hustle and bustle area, but that suited us better so I wouldn't see it as a negative

Staff was phenomenal; they were friendly, helpful, and even met us down the street to help us with our luggage. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, coffee machine in the room, and one room had a very spacious balcony area with comfortable seating. Breakfast was abundant and varied, with many choices on the menu, aside from the array on the tables as we entered. Great cappuccino as well. All staff were friendly and there to help with most anything.

Neighborhood, according to our Uber driver for dinner, isn't the best, but we had no problems. The staff and premises are wonderful, and they will get you a ride upon request if you can't get one yourself. We did take the metro back, and, again, we had not problems getting to the hotel.

This was a marvelous hotel. THe rooms and bathrooms were clean and coffee and (chesp) minibar was a real addition. the hotel is quite newly refurbished and it shows. Room cleaning was great. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. what really impressed us was the high ceilings of the rooms on the ground floor which made the rooms feel verrryyy spacious. the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.Most approachable. Many restaurants in the area and didnt have to go far at nights for a good meal.

Nothing about the hotel. Location a little quiet at nights and not much shops. Did not feel unsafe though. Other areas of rome may have more shopping and nightlife

The room was quiet, which in Rome isn't easy to find. The room faced the inner courtyard, so that helped. I'm not sure how quiet a room facing the street would be. The bed was comfortable, shower was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was nice. It was a short walk from the main train station and located between two metro lines.

Just to say something, the ceiling above the shower had a few spots that could have been cleaned, but I doubt my partner even noticed them. They cleaned the room every day, and the used spaces were always very clean.

More than anything, the Staff! The most friendly and loveliest people. The two ladies on Reception, Jenny and Janine (apologies if this is not their names) were so so kind. They were extremely helpful and my children absolutely loved them and couldn’t stop speaking about them. So much so that they would want to rush to see them in the mornings and rush back to the hotel to see catch them before they finished their shift. The food at breakfast was nice too and the staff really friendly too. The Hotel was also located a stones throw from everything which meant the taxis were reasonably priced and the walk to the train station was easy.

I’m an extremely fussy person and before I left I knew I was going to leave a positive review. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I was to ever visit Rome (which I probably wouldn’t for other reasons), I would 100% stay here again.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, polite and welcoming. The reception team were so informative, we were on a trip for a 60th birthday and they called over to a bar we went to get a drink across the street while waiting for our room to be ready to check in and they bought us over a birthday drink. They also had a bottle of wine and cake left in room. The restaurant staff were so happy to greet us for breakfast. Some of the best customer service I have ever received.
