Princess Room was an absolutely charming property in an absolutely magical place. We booked on short notice because of having to extend our stay on a business trip. We were very pleasantly surprised by the home-like atmosphere and comfortable facilities, combined with old-world authenticity. The use of the characteristic Italian kitchen was a nice touch for a midday ‘pranzo’. I loved the easy access to all the restaurants and attractions of beautiful Venice, not to mention a gorgeous sunset, which we enjoyed from the window of our spacious room. Highly recommended. Will stay again for sure!

We really enjoyed the overall cleanllines of the hotel. The location was amazing, being right where all the cheap but amazing restraints were, not only that, but we could also easily hop in and out of water buses.

Everything was relatively good, except the beds. They weren't the best and the pillows we're a bit hard.

corresponds to the price. in general, everything is good. only the feeling that you live in a communal apartment. the floors creak and crack, the doors creak, the beds creak. it is necessary to repair not only the room, but the whole apartment. bed linen and towels are clean. the microwave in the kitchen is in poor condition, we wanted to heat up pizza, but did not risk it. if you are a budget tourist without inflated requirements, then this option is quite suitable. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want to feel real Venice. Located at the end of the canal with a lot of peaceful views, far away from the noise of the central location, surrounded by great restaurants and wonderful people. Thank you Venice and Murano-we definitely come back to see how you are doing in the future. ❤️

The owner sent very detailed instructions on finding the place and getting into the property. They even let us put out luggage before check-in. It was super.

Not soundproof. Sound of the boats or people speaking on the road could be heard from the room.

We really appreciated having the entire apartment for ourselves, which was a great solution when the canal view was not available. The location was also excellent – very close to the station and easy to reach everything.

The air conditioning could have been a little bit stronger.

This place is super close to the water taxi station, getting from and to the airport was very easy. Downstairs there's a lovely restaurant with delicious pizza. Beds were comfy, we had a beautiful view from the windows and the whole place was decorated in an old fashioned way, people may don't like it but we enjoyed it. Check-in is easy, you get all the instructions via WhatsApp. All in all I'm happy with my stay.

Wifi was quite poor, water in the bathtub and sinks was cold. I had to wait a loooong time for it to get warm. The kitchen wasn't great, felt a little bit dirty.

I had to check in online with my passport details, was a little worried it might have been a scam but it turned out to be fine.

I do not understand all the bad reviews. Maybe people don't read what they are booking before they do so. We had room 1 with canal view and it was fantastic. The view, the size of the room, the comfortable beds, the furniture everything was great. The two spacious bathrooms to share were also great and the kitchen a bonus. This is a great option on a budget and the place does not deserve all the bad reviews just because people don't read and check what they are actually booking. We definitely recommend this place.

Air conditioning in the room, very clean shower and toilet, clean bed linen. It is possible to leave luggage on the day of departure. Cafe with very tasty food at the entrance to the hotel.
