We love our experience here. The room was clean, super huge, and in a perfect location to get to the game and other amenities. We loved everything about the room. Breakfast was good, and the stuff kept food stocked and eating area clean. Thank you. Anahi, the front desk agent, was super nice with outstanding customer services. She helped us out twice over the phone and in person. We were greeted with a smile and informed on get information about Comfort Suites. We have stayed at a variety of places when traveling in the country and out of the country. Our experience with Anahi has been the best. Thank you for your amazing customer service and assistance.

There is no bar at the pool and shade. Lol We have no complaints.

Location was fine as long as you have a car. I did notice that they have a shuttle that will take you to restaurants if you don't have a car, so that's great. Staff was very nice and friendly. We had a parlor suite which was very spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were a few holes in the blackout curtains so it didn't get super dark during the day. Shower pressure was very good. Parking was free and easy. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak to that - looked like there were lots of options in there though when I went to get coffee. I used the gym and there were 3 other people working out at the same time. It' small but we made it work - a decent supply of dumbbells and 3 cardio machine. No cable equipment and it got quite warm in there. Didn't go to the pool area so can't speak to that. Overall it was a great stay.

The facility was very welcoming. The front desk staff Allie, Tonia, Adian, Christina and Kevin provided excellent customer Service. Oscar, Staff Member and Shuttle Driver/Maintenance provided excellent service to us with transportation to nearby shopping center and movie theater. The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff did a great job with the preparation. Housekeeping staff cleaned our room with care. The rooms are very spacious.

Nothing wasn’t a bad experience. Everything was great.

Cleanliness, friendliness, location

The walls in our room on the first floor were as thin as tissue paper. I could literally hear the woman on the phone in the next room telling the person she was talking to on the phone; her phone number. The breakfast was not good quality….at all. The eggs were bad, the sausages under cooked, the breads were stale, the fruit was not fresh and the coffee had to be made out of a machine that looked like something from the 1980’s,….and tasted like it. There’s not a lot of work that would have to go into making FRESH coffee…

Place was clean on time to check in, costumer service was great front desk associate morning or evening was so nice , friendly and helpful especially Christina. Breakfast was very very good place location more than perfect mall , outlet mall , stadium , restaurant, Walmart everything was minute away. I will stay here again:) .

No shuttle, but was no problem the front desk was so nice to offer to order a uber for us .

breakfast was excellent staff awesome room clean and comfortable Could not tell that we were sleeping right next to the freeway - very quiet. location was perfect for us as our house had flooded and we needed a place to stay for the night and this location was right down the street from us and has a Denny's and a Culvers across the parking lot

Very friendly staff!! Everyone from the front desk to the maid service made our stay a very pleasant experience.

The rooms on the back side of the Hotel have a lot of highway noise. The front desk was able to us relocate us to a room in the front of the building. We were very grateful for the quick & friendly service.

Great location. Plenty of food places nearby. Freeway is close. Plenty of parking. Room was a good size. Bathroom was bigger than most. Breakfast was a variety of items (eggs, sausage, Chorizos and ceral). Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was a breeze. Will definately stay here again

Bed was a little too firm for me. Although i did sleep through the night. Also the water pressure in the shower was not strong. Other than that, everything else was great.

Called when we landed and we were allowed to check in a little early, which was super courteous and flexible. The check-in crew were knowledgeable, very friendly, and called once we were in the room to ensure everything met our needs. I was blown away by this customer-focused detail! The breakfast was plentiful and FLAVORFUL! Seasoned potatoes, fluffy eggs, fresh oatmeal with your choice of toppings, waffles, etc. Clean tables and kind/helpful staff. The room was clean and large right off the elevator. I think our bed frame was broken, but the bed was comfortable. Wished the TV was bigger and mounted on adjustable frame so it could be enjoyed from the sofa. Really, no complaints though! We would recommend anyone to stay here. Also LOVED that there was a Culver's within walking distance....seriously, so convenient and delicious!

The hotel was in a good location, close to many restaurants and shopping. Everything at the hotel was really clean and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and coffee was great too. All the staff were so kind and helpful!

The drive way into the hotel needs to be marked better. Hard to see where to turn in at night.
