The breakfast was the best I've ever had, Martha was on top of it...Corthee at the front desk was super fantastic to us. The room was fantastic, I will be staying at this location everytime I'm im Maitland for business. Javier took care of all my last minute needs...TOP NOTCH STAFF AND EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Great location close to everything! They hotel and staff exceeded expectations. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from! I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Hotel was packed with kids for a baseball tournament. Sounded like they were running laps in the halls at 11pm and the parents weren't any quieter! It was like they made the halls party central after 10pm

No complaints about the breakfast,

The staff attending breakfast was taking care of all the area properly, however, while they were prepping in the kitchen , you can hear them talking loudly in the dining area, so my advice is that they can close the kitchen door while they prepp, but they did a great job keeping the stations filled and the area clean.

nice hotel, decent breakfast, good location

the desk chair was ok for short term working. unfortunately, it was the only chair in the room. I have acid reflux and sometimes (such as last night), i need to sleep at least part of the night sitting in a chair. for this, the one chair was not useful. the addition of a comfort chair such as in the "suites" would be most appreciated.

Loved the cleanliness,staff was so nice and friendly. Front desk even called to check and see if we needed anything. Loved the amazing comfort of beds and pillows and how amazing and clean the room smelled! The breakfast also had lots of options and great coffee...

Didn't like that pool closed at 10 pm.We had to check in at 3pm and go to a dance competition and unfortunately didn't get to let my grandaughter enjoy the pool because we were not back until 11pm.Also at 11am checkout we could not get a luggage cart.Only saw one which was in use so we had to carry everything out.Should have several on hand in a large hotel like this one.

For having to "work from home" for the day it was an awesome setup- King Suite. Great desk and TV setup. The gym and outdoor seating/facilities were PERFECT for a quick break outside. For being the off-season, the pool was immaculate.

The bed could have been updated. Breakfast was the typical "free" breakfast.

The location of the hotel was near everything we needed: Target, thrifting, delicious food. The staff was quick to respond to all requests abs very friendly. The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful all day. The room was just what we needed for my family: 2 queen beds abs a sofa bed. We were in town for my graduation. We all enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. I was glad to see there was turkey sausage as an option and fresh fruit and muffins.

I would have liked a larger bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Location was great. Staff friendly

The bathrooms need to be cleaned better. There was pubic hair still in the tub. Also the tile was extremely slick. My husband actually fell in the bathroom. He was not injured. This was the handicapped accessible room which makes it even worse.

We had a very warm welcome from the receptionist, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, the complementary breakfast was very good all the staff friendly and helpful.
