Clementine Hotel Anaheim was either walking distance to places I needed to go to or a short ART shuttle ride away. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The free breakfast spread exceeded my expectations as I’m more accustomed to just continental breakfast like most spots. The staff is what puts this place on a must return visit basis. Everyone from front desk to grounds workers were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Made me feel welcomed and some even sparked up a conversation. I mostly interacted with Front Desk employee Angel. He would often greet me with a “How’s your day going or anything we can do to make your stay better” that’s awesome service.

Close proximity to Disneyland, restaurants, and shopping areas. Also, there's a bus that picks up in the hotels vicinity. Very convenient.

Lacking of kitchen supplies, extra toilet papers. We had to put in a request for housekeeping to bring some extra. Also, since housekeeping does not go into the suites anymore, there are no instructions on where to throw accumulated garbage.

The staff are amazing here. Nothing is too much for them. They are super helpful and so pleasant. The hotel & suites themselves are lovely. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for 6 of us and it was plenty big enough. Great swimming pool area. The location is perfect. It is close enough to Disney to be able to walk there. There are lots of restaurants, shops and a lovely complex called garden walks not even 5 minutes away. We were so sad to leave. We really did have a fantastic stay

I wanted to give them a 10 as we honestly loved it here and the only reason I haven't is there are a few small things that would be helpful. The kitchen says it was fully equipped but they didn't have any baking trays/sheets so you would not be able to cook in the oven. We did call reception who explained they don't supply these items but would speak to house keeping and find some which they did. Breakfast is a very limited choice. However the staff in the restaurant really make up for this they are so welcoming and friendly. We looked forward to going down to say Hi every morning. Overall nothing would stop us from coming back here which we will hopefully do next.year.

The suites are spacious and clean. The staff, Alejandra Anguiano (AM), Lisa Nguyen (Sales), Angel (front Desk) and Lucy & Mario (Kitchen and Breakfast) were friendly, attentive to my reservation needs and provided such outstanding customer service. The amenities were excellent while the cleanliness of the suite condition and the property really looked great. My family and I have been staying here for over 7 years when we visit Anaheim and I am just so pleased that it is still a great hotel & suite property that is family friendly. Mahalo for taking care of my volleyball club and I will be back to bring my family later this year.

I experienced only a small minor issue which was the landlines were not successful with room to room calling. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

What I liked about this hotel/suite was the amount of space in each room. We did a bi-level with a loft. Breakfast was included with your booking. Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

What I did not like was the chair near the fireplace, which had a stain and crumbs of chips after I checked in on the first night. When checking in the evening, around 9 pm, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait a while until someone emerged from the door behind the desk. I wish that the water pressure in the shower was a bit more harder.

We stayed in a bi-loft room which was great for myself, husband, toddler son and mother in law. Full kitchen and lounge gave us enough space. 10-15min walk to the parks. 10-15min uber to Anaheim plaza. Facilities and staff were fantastic, some of the best we have experienced in USA over many trips. Five stars from me and would definitely stay again.

We had neighbours move in on the 3rd night of 4 night stay and whenever they used their upstairs bathroom, it woke us (upstairs, so only husband and I not the others downstairs) and also I know it’s common here but I really don’t like single use items in buffet type settings but again I’ve found it very common throughout USA.

20 minute walk from Disneyland. The rooms are spacious and I liked the suite offering a kitchenette (with a decently large fridge) and living room space separate from the bedroom. The staff really tried to accommodate our requests (quieter location) and the pictures were accurate (though it had more natural daylight). It was indeed quiet and we slept well. No issue with the AC, or the water temp and pressure. Decent breakfast, we all liked the waffle makers. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub to cool off and relax.

The rooms are a little outdated and could use a remodeling, especially the lighting.

Giving my most authentic and honest review, I travel for work and leisure time quite a bit, Compared to other Hotels in the area, you will get the most value for staying here, especially for big family’s. Moderately priced, Pet friendly, buffet style Breakfast included, pool and tennis court, room was very spacious and super close to all the amusement parks!

I loved everything about the Property/ Hotel, with the exception that the room was a bit dirty and had a cobweb and a spider, I saw crumbs on the kitchen floor when I first walked in and one of my rags in the bathroom had foundation/makeup stains on it.

The grounds were beautiful. There are so many pretty trees, plants, and flowers. They loved the pool and the jacuzzi was amazing. My kids enjoyed the basketball, volleyball, and racquetball courts. The only thing we're the soft mattresses. I need a hard mattress. The rooms were clean and the staff was super nice. We stayed in the bi-level suite. The breakfast was good, hot, and on time every morning. This is a family and pet-friendly place. Only a short walk to Disneyland. I would definitely stay again. It was pretty quiet.

The beds were a little too soft for my back.

I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t look like they wipe things down. The bathroom door downstairs was very dirty. When we turned on the water in the kitchen and bathroom we all noticed an odor that smelled like eggs so we had to let it run a while before using it. Also no dish soap in the kitchen to wash dishes considering room cleaning service is only every 3 days. Also I’m not sure what was in the pool water. My daughter’s swimsuit went from brown to pink and they all got rashes. I was also itching after the hot tub. Also the stair to the room needs to be repaired
