It was clean great location easy access to food.

There was a smell in the rooms of mildew .

We've stayed at this hotel many times. It's comfortable, clean, and close to our venue. Because we've been here so many times, I was surprised at how the price had increased.

The price. It's a fine hotel, but hardly worth the price increase. I am on the road 100 days out of the year. This year I found that there were price increases pretty much across the board.

The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were great.

I stood at this location 5 years ago, and you can see the tear and wear that has happened to this hotel. There were some holes in the curtains and patched-up holes in the ceiling and shower. The pool needs to be cleaned more often, and various breakfast options would have been a good touch. We had an issue with the children's cable channels which was unfortunate since we had children with us. More accessibility to hand carts for luggages and bags should be considered.

I love everything about it the place was beautiful. I wish we would have made it to breakfast and the pool but unfortunately we over slept but I bet it would have been amazing. Cannot wait to come back but just a thought of having some better and bigger shampoo, conditioner and body wash would have been perfect.

There wasn't one thing I didn't like.

It was nice tucked up hidden behind a vet hospital at a few other doctors offices. Quiet and decent! The bed was nice nothing crazy but comfortable enough, showers were also nice warm with decent pressure bathroom was clean and good sized.

Isn’t much I can say, it was a quick stay!

I liked the hotel.

I did not get a receipt because according to the staff I booked through Expedia. I booked this reservation and the previous one in Connecticut through the Comfort Inn web site so how come now it is through Expedia. I also do not get my credit for the stay. That sucks

Indoor pool/spa, bed was comfortable, staff is very nice, I can't comment on breakfast as I sleep thru it! One of these days, maybe I can comment on it. They have great lemonade in the lobby along with coffee too!

People over taking the pool and my child got spooked (he has asd) but it all worked out

Breakfast needs to be until 10 am no 9 and housekeeping needs to lower your voice cause some guest like to rest that’s why we pay for. And clean better. The microwave loss and no phone service it’s sound like disconnected.

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff.

I wish housekeeping would start constantly knocking at your door well before checkout. We were trying to sleep in and kept being woken up by knocks at the door every 15 minutes or so.

I have stayed in West Springfield many times. Sometimes, in order to pay less, I have stayed in hotels in a part of West Springfield that does not feel entirely safe. I think that the extra that I payed for this location was worth it for the peace of mind. I also liked the walk in shower. The doors on the shower had very sustantial hardware and worked perfectly; this is not always the case with such things. The breakfast was good. The sausages were very nice and the coffee was pretty good; a surprise. I will stay here again.
