The room was spacious with nice amenities. A good sized TV to wind down to in the evening. The wet bar is in an awkward place but nice to have. The blackout curtains worked excellent in my particular room. Everything was clean! The children and I spent hours in the pool going back and forth from indoors to outdoors. Great feature! You are located minutes from every store you could imagine for shopping.

Hot tub is in rough shape and the jets would not turn on. Awkward position of wet bar which was not a huge deal. The elevators seemed to always be overwhelmed with people. To be fair there were multiple events happening during our stay so maybe this was the cause.

The spa was amazing. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant.

We where there for a concert at CMAC we used the spa the following morning for massages. We were unable to explore the ground or go to the pool since we had to check out at 11. Which we could've been let in the pool area.

Facilities are nice. Fantastic dinner at the hotels restaurant, quality of food Fantastic. Restaurant and bar staff also Fantastic!

As a guest visiting and staying in this facility over the last 25yrs, I've noticed that there is a much needed upgrade to the pool and hotel gym.

Very scenic location. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very tasty. Complimentary bottled water provided in room.

Couldn't seem to find a rolling cart to carry luggage. There were no glass tumblers in the room but were provided quickly after calling front desk. The second day room was cleaned and tumblers disappeared with no replacements. The hot tub near the pool was closed.

I attended an amazingly wonderful murder mystery masquerade dinner. It was so entertaining, the actors were hilarious. After a night cap in the Horizons Lounge, I retired to my room with the most comfy bed and pillows.

Location, staff and facility was great. View from my room was good. Easy check in and out.

Mattress was uncomfortable. Noisy drunks late at night on the weekend due to a wedding party I think.

Easy to find, right off of Rt 96. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Limited menu choices and the same menu every day. Breakfast buffet on weekend did not have enough food--dined a little later morning and food was not replenished. Not worth the price of the buffet.

This is a well known property in Rochester that has been in business for several decades. They offered excellent hospitality and are keeping relevant for today's traveler.

Breakfast included would have made it better as this is something that we typically also look for.

Everyone was very friendly and accomodating.

The room was not cleaned while we were out, and then even after we requested new towels, coffee mugs, the garbage removed I had to ask again.
