Gilligan's very close by - would book again just to be close to this great restaurant/sports bar combo.

Our room was right over the lobby - first off the elevator. Very noisy and black out drapes did not fully cover the window so very bright with hotel and street lights. Next time I will ask for a better room - facing the back and away from major parking lot and road. Hotel was empty - no reason to give us the worst room in the hotel. King size bed with 3 ridiculously small pillows. Had to unplug clock radio due to the buzzing. TV barely available - no streaming options included. Hot tub unavailable. A surprise USD $2.50 booking fee which we had to pay at the desk. No newspaper.

The complimentary continental breakfast is a rarity st this price point and it's quite good. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms well appointed.

Check in was easy. The young man who checked us in was extremely efficient and polite. The hotel is in a safe location with good lighting in the parking area. The breakfast was the same as any of the hotels that offer *free* breakfast ... that includes the pricier hotel brands. It is all the same fruit, yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage ... must say this hotel had ham. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast bar was constantly monitored to keep things fresh and appealing. The towels and.linens were nice.

At this.price point there was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Please change the sign from Best Western to Wyndgate. The front desk person explained the charges before I needed to ask.

The scrambled eggs served for breakfast were over cooked and rubbery. A hot cereal for breakfast would be nice. room was not made up daily, but was clean upon arrival. Paid an early check-in fee.

location is perfect for me, close to shopping, removed from the hotel cluster on the other side of Eisenhower, close to turnpike, never worried about safety in this area.

I stay here often. It’d be nice if they’d spend a lil $$ to get the 2nd elevator back in service. I like the fact that the rear door lock hadn’t worked since the 1st time I stayed here. Makes it easy to get guests in. And generally speaking, any facility that offers me the ability to do a load of laundry should offer detergent and a change machine.

we were traveling to meet family and arrived rather late at night! the staff was so kind, accommodating and quick! our bed was incredibly comfortable and so clean! if we ever had to travel with the babies there is plenty of room for both pack n plays (woohoo twins!😂). now, the breakfast! we got to the lobby about 20min before breakfast ended and there was very little hot food left, but what was left was delicious! the selection of food items to take to go was excellent especially since we had a seven hour car ride home! this will be a must stay stop for our NC-CT trips from now on!

Although the breakfast was pretty good (sausage patties were great), the yogurt machine seemed to be having some issues and the egg things were kind of lame. Not a big problem though. There was enough to eat.

The staff was amazing. I knew I would be arriving really late. I let them know ahead of time they assured me they would be there to help me. I was so happy to see a friendly person so late and being really tired.

The breakfast was nice, but I was hoping for some of those wrapped items u cld take upstairs with u. The clock on the microwave and on the nightstand was wrong in my room...it set off my OCD :)
