The hotel is located in a good location, close to good restaurants and a nice shopping mall. Our room was decorated to a high standard with modern furniture, the TV channel selection was good. Bathroom was excellent with a nice range of toiletries and hot water. We ate at the hotel restaurant Emerills the service was excellent and so was the food and drink, expect big portions.

Our experience with all the Staff at Caesars Hotel and Casino was nearly excellent overall. However, our checkout began poorly due to one staff member who was extremely unhelpful and rude. Fortunately, another staff member intervened, resolved the issue efficiently, and even witnessed the first staff member's inappropriate behaviour, including smirking and continued rudeness.

We stayed at the main property where the casino is located and it was amazing! The music was so upbeat and they played all of the classics. The room was awesome with an ok view (not the properties fault, it's just N.O.). Food options were pricy but good. We plan on coming back.

I'm not sure if it's a law but the repeated ID checks were annoying but the staff were so pleasant it didn't bother us. Maybe offer something for guests so we don't have to show ID repeatedly.

We requested the room to be cleaned. Either the person at the concierge did not relay the message, or the cleaners did not simply clean. We had to request it a second time the next day before cleaning the room. They apologized for the error. There was no hot water on the day of our exit. The channels on the TV had sound in some but not in others. We called and waited for hours before it was rectified.

My New Orleans visits are few. However, I would like to inform you of the fact that Harrah’s parking computer system is in dire need of improvement. The parking tickets that I was issued did not work, not even one time. The ticket would go in the machine and shoot right back out. Even the tickets with the optical scanning option refused to work. Each time my Rewards Card number had to be read out to the assistant, then the gate arm would be raised. Otherwise, my stay with Harrah’s / Caesar’s was pleasant and will stay there again if I ever return to New Orleans.

Henry the bellman was very rude he would not allow us to use the bell cart to move out things without his assistance that we did not need. He insisted that we were committing a crime by using the cart without his help then he wanted to make us wait while he helped some other folks who pulled up after us.

The room itself was so comfortable snd spacious.

It was SO confusing that the hotel part we were staying at wasn’t actually located in the casino. It was across the street in the building that says Harrah’s near the lobby entrance. But there’s a huge Caesar’s sign on the very top of the building. Didn’t know Harrah’s was part of Caesar’s?

I thought the hotel was beautiful and my room was excellent. Very large and comfortable.

I checked in expecting to pay the $20 overnight parking fee. After I parked, the rates were raised to $40 which is the rate closer to the valet parking total. Had I been aware of the increase, I would have chosen valet instead of self parking.

It was very nice. I liked that everything was walking distance and the view. The room was very nice and you definitely need to stay atleast 3 to 4 days there to fully see the views and everything. I also highly recommend staying here and going to the swamp tour as well.

It was muggy outside more than I was used to in TN.

It was close to the river. It was very clean and I felt safe there. Room was spacious and comfy. Convenient to parking and food. The check out lady was so nice!

This was the most difficult check in ever. I've been using booking.com for years without a hitch. This guy could not find my booking. Tried to give him my confirmation number and he said that was not his number and I would have to contact Booking.com. it took him about 15 minutes but he finally found me. He said my name was spelled wrong. It's never been wrong before. Then changed the booking out of my name and into my husbands. My husband drives and I handle all the other stuff. No big deal, just odd. And the hotel had a scent to it that bothered my asthma. Heavy dryer sheet smell.

Location

1)No area inside hotel to sit and chill. No pool or rooftop area. 2) Have to go to casino for entertainment or food options; besides Ruth Chris Steakhouse located inside hotel lobby. 3)No microwave on property.
