EXcellent hotel well situated near the train station. ROoms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent views of dubai central

The Elevators and Breakfast. Neither were sufficent for the size of the hotel. Long waits to get to your room, especially in the moring when the cleaning staff were using them. In abuilding of 48 floors, having only three lifts means it can take up to 10 mins to get to the lobby.

The location was very good. So close to the metro and the Dubaï Mall . Had a two bedroom suite with a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast was good with lots to choose from. The swimming pool was really nice. Staff were very polite.

Not much to dislike. Can only really mention that the there is not enough lifts maybe, also that the water pressure in the shower was not that great.

We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff at the hotel. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good. The housekeeping staff were quick to respond. We would definitely consider staying at the Staybridge Suites again. Only two steps from the metro station was a big boon and we travelled by metro quite a bit.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was quite good. However, the behaviour of some of the guests left a lot to be desired! I personally would suggest that you reduce the size of the plates so that people wouldn't leave a "LOT" of waste! At breakfast time it was like a cattle market. I admire the staff for being so patient and putting with some of the guests demands. I never knew humans could behave like animals, as if they haven't seen food before. The very important issue I would like to see improved immediately is that a thin "nonslip" mats are placed in front of the wash hand basin and the bath tub because if there is any water on the floor and a person is wearing the bathroom slippers the floor becomes very slippery and could quite dangerous and cause injury.

we were a family of four and stayed in a two bedroom suite . contrary to expectations and what was not shown in the hotel photos the hotel breakfast was very good ( compared to a four star hotel) and our suite had three toilets and two bathrooms.

the shower water in the bathrooms was problematic and the water pressure was low. when we arrived ; they did not accept the hotel payment according to the number given to us in the booking( the hotel conversion rate from dirhams to dollars was different from booking site and they wanted a higher number . in the end we had to go and get dirhams and pay the hotel fee in dirhams

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and was very satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a washer with dryer was a big plus for a long stay. The housekeeping staff were attentive and thoughtful, away remember to take off their shoes before entering, which I really appreciated. The team also quickly helped me change rooms when I had booked an accessible one by mistake, and all my requests were handled with patience. A small suggestion would be to note the option of a wake-up call for breakfast in the service list, as that would have saved me from missing it a few times. Overall, a very pleasant stay that I would happily recommend.

The pool was quite busy during my stay. I went three times but only swam once, as it was mostly families with Arab women swimming in full-coverage outfits and a lot of children, which make me, felt a bit awkward in a bikini (bring monokini or some more coverage swimsuit if you got plan to swim here) . Overall, that's a nice pool but seems more family-oriented than resort-style.

The hotel has an excellent location – the metro is only 50 meters away and there is a supermarket right next to the building, which is very convenient. The suites are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Staff are generous, cooperative, and always ready to help, which really adds to the stay. Parking on site is another big advantage. The breakfast buffet is good, with a nice variety to choose from.

What could be better? The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, especially when there are many families with children. At busy times it can feel crowded. Expanding or reorganizing the breakfast space would really improve the experience.

Great location, just a quick walk from Financial Centre metro station! Many eateries nearby. The shower's drain was clogged and I notified the reception, and it was fixed within the same day. Room was really comfortable. Great to have a dishwasher and washing machine too. Two bottles of water replenished each day. The filtered water option at the sink saves a lot of time from boiling water manually. Room service dining was fast and the drinks from Charlie Lane were good.

The lifts take a bit of time, even though there are about five lifts available. Breakfast was pretty uninteresting - the variety and taste level can definitely be better.

- Location. It’s good for those who need to stay around DIFC area. - Metro access. It’s literally just around the corner. - Staff. Friendly and very helpful. - Thoughtful details. You’ll probably find everything necessary for your “feel like home” stay - various kits, tea & coffee, water & water filter, kitchen utensils, etc.

- Car access. It’s almost impossible for the car(taxi) drivers to find an access to the hotel entrance. Get ready to wait for them longer than usual. - Lifts. They are extremely slow and almost always crowded. Your waiting time can be 5+ min just to see it fully loaded with people. - Breakfast. Although all food is fresh and tasty, the breakfast choice is boring and repetitive. Also breakfast area & cutlery need more attention to hygiene.

This was our second stay at Staybridge Suites...We returned here because we liked it so much the first time we stayed in 2021. The Apt we stayed in could probably do with a bit of repair and refurbishment, but overall it lived up to our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be returning in the not too distant.

Room key cards often malfunctioned which was a little bit annoying.

Size of the room with all equipment, friendly and helpful staff, room was cleaned up everyday. Free bottles of water added each day. Very good wifi signal. Good and tasty breakfast, nice view from the pool and balcony. Water in pool was heated and open till 10 pm.

Too big and thick pillows, too small breakfast area, often some products were running out (like butter or bread or ham). Design of this area could be better more cosy or modern. Sometimes you need to wait quite long for elevators. You need to have UK adapter for using devices. Tv channel selection could be better too (more eng channels)
