This was my second stay in two weeks, the breackfast was better than in the previous stay. Despite the Hotel is in downtown, it is not too noisy. The staff is very kind.

In my previous stay in the Hotel the staff called a taxi for our way back to the airport, but the driver charged us more than what it was arranged. I made a complaint in my review and they got in touch by e-mail, promissing to solve the problem. Until now, the question is unsolved. In this second stay I booked the transportation via Booking.com: it is WAY better! The driver arrived 3:00 AM sharp (the time I booked!) and it was cheaper and safer than the normal taxis. Be aware of taxi scams in Buenos Aires.

Really lovely experience. The room was very big and comfortable, the air con worked perfectly, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't amazing but given it is included it was more than sufficient. The location is also amazing, I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Some water in the rooms would be nice, and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a terrace on the top floor but nothing to sit on out there so it may as well not exist.

We had some issues with our room (normal wear and tear issues) and the staff was very fast to help us. The also offered great advices for activities and just were really nice people

Breakfast service could use some improvement, but it still didn't affect the exceptional stay

Well located in the centre of town, the hotel boasts quiet rooms because it’s on a small street. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly and the breakfast respectable. We stayed here for a whole week and will definitely be back.

The elevator.

The location is great, you can go walking to Plaza San Martin, and also to touristic areas like Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo and San Telmo.

The beds could be more comfortable. The mattresses were a little too soft.

The staff is nice, they help to book a taxi to the airport, they said there was a 15% surcharge for payment with credit card. Unfortunelly the driver did not respect the agreement and charged us above that. Be aweare of scams, always confirm the fare with the driver!

Brackfast could be better.

Great location - round the corner from Florida Street. Easy to walk to the main sights and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We were 4 friends travelling and booked twin rooms. They kindly gave us rooms with an adjoining door which was really useful. The breakfast was okay. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about the area etc

Breakfast

The location was very practical, right in the microcentre, near public transportation and many restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The breakfast could perhaps feature multigrain breads? No big deal…

Hotel was modern. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Able to control air conditioning. Room quiet, clean and we felt safe in neighborhood and hotel. Many stores and cafes located nearby. San Martin Park and Colon Teatro about 15 minute walk from hotel. Also about 15 minute walk to nearest subway station. Staff was exceptionally helpful. I had to download the Whats App to communicate with my tour guide. Could only have done that with the help of the staff.

Need more hangars in closet

Good location. Near shops, restaurants and monuments.

In fact we spent 6 nights joining up with a group added to this stay. The Same Breakfast every day. And no tea and coffee in the rooms, no room service.
