I like the room’s view and the weather The room was good with the balcony it was nice

I didn’t like the dust in the bathroom over the mirror and its was broken The boiler was broken as well The hair dryer was sticky The blankets and the sheets was not completely trusted to use em to be honest. The breakfast lounge the chef working on the side of the omelette try to be more welcoming and understanding do not argue with your customers if they want anything you should be listening and do your job properly.

Room was spacious, good view with a balcony, beautiful pools, good breakfast with good choices

Poor service, had to ask 3 times for my room to be cleaned. I saw that previous reviews have also pointed to the poor service. So I am not sure why action has not be taken. Management needs to find ways for motivating staff, recognizing good performance, etc.

My stay was beyond my expectations it was great fabulous starting from the parking,moment of checking-in with Jihed-aziz he was professional welcoming I was on depression when o stepped in I was sick however the way of aziz approach it was great I calmed dawn and I can’t forget the day at the spa 🧖‍♀️ Mohamed Ali who encouraged me to experience the facilities the he was very helpful professional cultivated he helped me to come over my sadness he was very caring to each one stepped in to the pool to the spa I felt I’am home with family thanks Mohamed Ali for each supportive word Nedra thank you ☺️ for your consideration and help me out with my staff. All the Movempick team guys you are amazing 🤩 and of course I can’t forget the moment of check-out with jihed and khadija it was very nice professional smile 😊 and we had a beautiful conversation about the hotel I appreciated a lot I was happy until I left the hotel until the i said good by to Mohamed Amine at the main entrance he was very welcoming. Perfect Relaxing Break Beautiful location and hotel, the staff makes an exceptional experience and accommodated any adjustments. My Pregnant wife wrote the below review detailing our experience….we look forward to being back. THE HOTEL Before booking, I read the reviews and nearly got influenced by the negative ones and don’t normally write reviews. Our 5 day experience was incredible, Tunisians are generally so friendly, welcoming, open and Mövenpick by far the best hotel in Sousse. Its clearly respected by locals and lovely to see a few come in and out for meetings in the airy, grand lobby. Luxurious, genuine decoration and architecture and large enough to feel space from other guests, yet it’s at the centre of local life and amenities. There is a refreshing rotation of day and evening staff, yet still get a sense of an intimate service, especially if you make an effort to connect with some of them. ROOM Guest relations manager Mr Ahmed Hamza went beyond to accommodate my pregnancy needs with extra pillows, a comfortable bed and spoiled me and my husband with different fruits or flowers every day. Our room 7052, was spacious, the Classic Sea and Pool view was a paradise to wake up to every morning. Our allocated cleaner Milia, greeted us with a bright smile every morning and making sure everything was ok and spotless morning and evening. BREAKFAST & MAIN RESTAURANT To make sure I didn’t miss breakfast, my husband and Rachid at the daily breakfast service would make sure a plate and fresh fruits was sent up to the room. We had lunch at the main restaurant in the lobby once and the fresh fish was divine! Enjoyed evenings lounging on the large outside veranda where we interacted with our favourite waiter Nassim always extended himself by catering to my cravings with things off the menu. Most evenings we ate out at local restaurants to get an authentic taste of Tunisia and had coffee opposite the hotel at Franco Gelato’s.

Top hotel in Sousse Best staff ever, always courteous and smiling. one hudge outdoor pool. everything is top. for the price of a mid range hotel anywhere else.

Pools, service and location are excellent. Staff did a very good job to make our stay enjoyable. Very nice swimming pools, main lobby and restaurants within the hotel. Room with pool view is the best choice.

Nothing in particular, everything went fine. Maybe a bit pricey when it comes to food compared to the multiple options available around the hotel.

Lovely room and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great. Pool and beach are lovely. Staff were nice. The hotel itself has a nice airy feel to it. We are not the type of people to lounge around the hotel we like to get out and about but this pool and beach area was so nice that we had a full relaxing only day! Good location 30mins walk to Medina!

Breakfast was great but they need more staff to give cutlery and coffee as we waited for a long time all 3 mornings. Sometimes service was slow for cocktails also.

It was the first time here I would like to say thank you for teams reception especially Mr FIRAS smiling welcoming and friendly that is made our check in very good. Breakfast a lot of choice Thank you for hostess in main restaurant attractive woman with smile ☺. WIFI excellent The suite Room so clean and also teams housekeeping helpful. Absolutely great facilities - the number of swimming pools was amazing and the hotel’s position was great too - right on the beach. My beach - swimming pools facing room was lovely - fabulous balcony on which I was able to do some work and chill - massive KingSize bed and it’s was kept clean and wonderfully tidy by the Housekeeping Team and in particular the Lady who cleaned my room every day. Plus everyday they gave you complimentary Large Bottles of Water. The indoor pool and spa were great and the heated portion of that pool which was outside was lovely and warm. Really relaxing 😎

One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable housekeeping service provided by Sihem. Every day, she ensured that my room was spotless and well-organized, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Sihem’s dedication to her work and her friendly demeanor truly made my stay even more enjoyable. She added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. 😊👍
