Room 46 with three single beds was nicely arranged with decent space between the beds. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was very good with lovely variety. The location was good and was in walking distance to museums, the city center, and a good bakery. The neighborhood, though close to the train station, felt safe. It was nice that someone was at the desk 24 hours a day. The desk clerks all spoke English and were knowledgeable. There was a nice assortment of tea and some bottled water, along with water glass and mugs for tea/coffee in the room.

It wasn't specified that the elevator was between floors, which might be difficult for some people. While all the desk clerks were helpful, some were more friendly than others. We stayed for three days, but our key cards were coded for one day only and needed to be updated - after a trip upstairs and then back downstairs after discovering that they didn't work. The bathroom door didn't close properly unless locked. To close the room door from the hall, it needed to be slammed shut, which might have disturbed other guests. The bedside lights and the general room lighting was low, which is nice sometimes, but could be stronger when more light is needed, say for writing at the desk area. A second chair at the desk area would have been nice.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and welcoming. It was only a 10/15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and main shopping areas. Same with the bars and restaurants. The staff were so helpful with providing us with directions and recommendations of where to go for what we wanted to see and do. We really had a great time and even stayed drinking at the hotel bar both days to talk to the staff. We’re definitely coming back. Had a fantastic time there.

The only thing I can think to say wasn’t 100% was that the toilets for the bar were downstairs which wasn’t ideal but that was not really a complaint; only a mere grumble.

The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean and away from the noise of the main road. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food. The room rate included a one-litre bottle of mineral water, much better than the usual 500ml mineral water bottles. The location was excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance.

The bathroom had no shelves to place your toiletries, but it was spotlessly clean.

I enjoyed that there was Ac in the rooms, breakfast included, and the room was decent. Also, fresh towels brought everyday was nice

Finding parking was truly a hassle, there is no on premises parking. The elevator did break and we were on the 6th floor, which was unfortunate, but of no fault to the staff. The shower was set up a little wierd so water kept getting on the bathroom floor, but towels were able to clean it up. There also was not a mini fridge, but to be fair I didn't actually check to see if one was included

The bed was solid and comfortable, with good pillows Location was amazing, close to the train station Price/money ratio is outstanding There were a lot of place to eat nearby and a shop The breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose form and the chef was extremely friendly and well mannered and gave us some traveling tips. Dining room is decorated with Ikea furniture, but with good taste

2 or 3 streets from the hotel there a messy street, with dubious individuals that might or might not consume substances and are suffering from poor hygiene. Not sure if it's entirely safe to stroll around at night. For single ladies definitely not. Hotel has some slim walls, that allow sounds to pass between rooms.

- the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors although people are respectful so it’s still quiet at night - some furnitures were a bit old - and the mattress could be a bit more comfortable but overall I had a good stay and it was good value for money

Great location, very close to main streets and museums. We never travelled by the underground because everything was at walking distance. The building is very quite, you can't hear any noises or chaos, we slept very well indeed. Breakfast was good, offering savoury or sweet options; the coffee wasn't too bad to be German.

The street from Hbf Station to the hotel is very rough, although is well connected to Hbf Station, literally 5 minutes walking, the station area is dreadful and we were quite scared to walk through it. However from the hotel to the city centre or other attractions the routes are quite normal and we never felt unsafe.

Great location 5 min walk to central train station. 15 min walk to old town. Comfortable bed, clean room. Excellent choice of breakfast and plentiful. 24 hour front desk and very helpful staff. 👌 Highly recommended this hotel and will stay here again when in Frankfurt. Real value for money.

Nothing to complain about.

It’s location is really central and close to the station . Within walking distance of the main shopping area and close to the river. It is quite close to a seedy part of Frankfurt but can be easily avoided . The staff Stefan , Joviana and Nikki were so nice , friendly and helpful. They are a real asset to the hotel !

The bed was good but we had a problem with the sheets. They were too small for the bed so it was really hard to keep the mattress covered by the sheets, which is not hygienic…
